Absolutely horrible customer service. Charged me $250+ to put an amp and speaker in and didn’t even put it together correctly. Three days after installation all my speakers went out. I walked in to have somebody fix it and the owner seriously ignored me. I kept trying to talk to him and since I wasn’t spending money again he actually ignored me and moved on to a different couple. If I could give this store a 0 star I would. Sound city does NOT deserve 1 star. I’m going back in and they will fix my car and I’m not paying them a cent. I will never use this company again after they finish what they messed up. Don’t go here!!!

I came here 2 years ago to install my amp and sub for a great price but I don't know what happen or they change owners but they got really pricey, I guess I'm not taking my second vehicle here anymore

Friendly Staff, cheap prices, Ike and them are the best, they will take good care of you. Best music shop in the high desert.
