Hellfire Computers packs a lot of technical power. The technicians at Hellfire Computers have the highest certifications in the industry. Jaen, the owner has been doing business with the residents of the High Desert for over 15 years.

Our goal is to bring the High Desert the service & support it deserves. Are you tired of the high prices & sub-par work of the other shops in the desert? Brought my laptop in at 2pm for a repair of my fan ( supposedly they close at 3pm everyday). I didn't bring my charger and he said I needed it so I said I would come back same day. I rushed home and was back by 2:30pm and they already closed, knowing I would be back. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time and gas. The owner had the audacity to write me to say he went for lunch and came back (so late and before closing??) As if I was supposed to come back after closing and know this without a note. Don't bother coming here. Save your valuable time and hard earned money and go elsewhere where they know how to run a functioning and respectable business.

Update: I ended up taking my laptop to A+ computer in Apple Valley. The guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed it for half the price that was quoted at Hellfire and didn't require my charger. I got it back within an hour and it works great. They were also voted best of the desert and I can see why. Don't bother at Hellfire. They are a joke.

Took in my kid's gaming computer that was having some issues running windows...a few days later they called me to advise my SSD was bad; I was surprised since it was brand new I was pretty sure nothing was on it but I was ensured my operating system was loaded on to it which was the cause of my problems. They told me it would cost $205 to order a new Samsung PRO SSD...I went ahead and payed the $205 and week later they called to tell me it was ready for pickup "but" after it was installed my standard hard drive was also bad (which was the original drive that my operating system, tax returns, photos and so was on). Which now lead me to believe nothing was wrong with my SSD to begin with...when I arrived to pick it up I was advised they replaced the drive with a much cheaper Samsung SSD and l then asked for both of the so called "bad" hard drives...after one of the employees went into the back he said he wasn't sure where they were and would need to ask his boss. I left two messages advising I wanted to return to retrieve them, I finally spoke with the owner "John" who gave several excuses from "bad employees" to his health problems. He advised me he had taken them apart and while cleaning the shop they threw them away (in the dumpster out back). My intention was to check the so called "bad" SSD to ensure it was bad...not to mention it was mine and to take the other hard drive and send off to a company that specializes in retrieving data. Instead I was told sorry and if you ever need a virus removed we'll do it for free. 
I advise anyone looking to have work done to please look elsewhere, not only do I feel I was taken for but property of mine was destroyed and photos and documents lost, possibly to the bad guys.

Horrible place and service. Manager and employees are rude and laugh in your face. Be careful of wasting your time and money on these people. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Complete disrespectful staff down to the manager.  Laptop bought freezes and glitches almost every use. Only have had for two weeks. Forget talking to a manager or owner about your concerns.  They told me a manager won't care that they'll tell their employees to handle issue how they please.   Said they fixed my computer, but as soon as a tech started it up it did same glitch. They do not warn customers there is No refunds on receipt or any verbal warning. After having multiple problems with the laptop.  I just wanted to be done with the business and receive a refund for a product that never worked properly from the beginning.  I should have known by the first laptop I was shown that. Also had troubles and glitches clearly these computer's have issues. Waste of time and money could have bought a better one on craigslist. Ha.
