If you are ever flying in or out of Pittsburgh International Airport. You should stop by. There are 2 locations. A and D concourse. Friendly service and the fastest lines. And btw. They have breakfast sandwiches. A bit pricey but they are worth it

Pretzel was fresh and served ok as an emergency lunch. It was not entirely to my taste, but your mileage may vary. However I do think that $11 for a pretzel and water is a lot of money. I was desperate and my employer was paying so I went for it, but if it had been me paying, I think I would have looked elsewhere and risked going hungry.

By gate A1 bad service. I  ask the cashier if I can have the one that looks fresh and not so burn looking.  She says they have to give out the one from the back first.  I  refused of course.  If you going to pay high dollar for pretzel you should be able to ask for what you see. I will never stop here every again.

This is the airport outlet of the national chain. Offerings are the same as everywhere  with nothing to distinguish it from the thousands of other mall locations around the country.  It is in concourse A in the airport though.  Employees are thoroughly dispirited, just hang around and much prefer to their phones to interacting with customers.

I went to the location in the A concourse and the worker was very short and rude.  I ordered a Sweet Almond pretzel and there were a couple in the case.  She proceeded to take the pretzels and throw them away right in from of my and tell me they were all out.  I asked how long it would take to make and she told me to go to the other stand if I wanted it.  Very unprofessional.

Always seem to be fresh, and the exact quality you would expect!
