Want your food to be half made? This is the McDonald's for you! Bacon burger had no bacon, chicken sandwich had no sauce or any other topping, fries were cooked for a maximum of 45 seconds. My delivery driver was stuck in line for almost 45 minutes. I've worked food service for years so I'm very understanding about the fact that mistakes get made but this is not the first time this store has failed to provide even remotely decent service. Pack it up.
Half made food, isn’t that wonderful? My Crispy Chicken Deluxe had no bacon or cheese as I requested. The fries were cooked for a maximum of a minute at least. Very sad. Judging by the reviews, this happens a lot. Don’t come to this place. Should’ve went to Taco Bell when I had the chance.
this place is horrible line is always long and people are always playing with their phones in the drive through and acting up. the last straw was today when i got a hair in my burger and tasted the hair grease in it. never going back.
Everything was perfect. My 20 pc. Chicken nuggets, small fry were warm/ hot and crispy. And the nice gentleman of a staff member that gave me my food gave me 4 BBQ sauces instead of just 3 like normal. Very thoughtful and useful I ended up needing all 4 sauces for my order. Also, my Lg. Fountain drink was delicious. Perfect carbonation & syrup mix, ice was clean and available. My order overall was delicious, perfect temperature, and exactly what I ordered. Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and a good variety of kids meals available, too. Also, the restaurant itself is normally a calm, collected atmosphere. Nor are you rushed by staff or other customers to get in/ get out. Parking: Parking is available around the exterior of the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible bathrooms, seating & tables, parking spaces, restaurant entrances, soda machine & soda accessories lids, straws, napkins...etc. are available in the dining room - at level where you wouldn't have to strain to get up/ reach to get your drink. Also, they now have table numbers. When you order, you also are supposed to pick a table number & table marker, type the table number into the kiosk and it'll be connected to your order. You can then go pick a seat/ table to sit at and the staff will bring your order to you. No hassle or worried needed.
One of the employees threw a frappe at my car window when I told them it was the wrong size. The service at this McDonald's is subpar at best, they're rude and disrespectful. You're lucky if you get food past midnight even though they're 24/7.Food: 3/5
Google says always open 24/7. That's a lie they are constantly closing down because they are transitioning to breakfast? I worked at McDonald's for 5 years as management. We stayed open during transition as a 24-hour store. We did pen and paper during computer hours. These people are so lazy. If you don't put them mobile order in, they sometimes will not even answer the mic for a rice company. I'm shocked and appalled that the rices are letting that happen. Seems like they need to get the store together and get some new management in there
This location is a joke. Over the past 2 months, when I have gone through the drive thru on my way to work, I have been told "We aren't taking orders", or just sat there with no response. When I would drive past the windows, I would look in and see all the staff sitting on counters, eating, and even saw a couple smoking. Today when I went, I was surprised to get a response, and be able to put in my order. It took the lady about 5 minutes to give me my total and tell me to pull up to the first window. I went to hand her my card, and she told me "we are cash only", with the credit card machine sitting right in front of her in the window. When I asked why they weren't taking cards, she told me that it was none of my buisness. That sounds very shady to me. I will be calling the owner, even though I know that the owner doesn't care based on reviews of them too.
I went there tonight drive thru, waited 15 mins in line before getting to speaker. The person greeted me after a moment or two and as I started to order said "hold on" so I did. About 15 minutes goes by and she comes back and asks what she can get me I start all the sudden a different voice say can I take your order I start again "hold on" another 3-5 minutes pass and he says the computers are frozen. That's it. So I said ok, sooooooo are you closed or what because I've been at this speaker for 20 mins and you could have told me that, his response F@&k you a$$hole. I am a former GM at McDonald's so I know things happen and would have completely understood. But the swearing at me for absolutely nothing was just unacceptable especially by the manager. If I was his boss I would have sent him home on the spot and possibly terminated his employment if he had other write ups similar which I wouldn't doubt one bit considering I didn't provoke his childish unprofessional outburst. He is lucky however I'm not some crazy person who would have went in there and taught him like his father should have, some manners. I honestly couldn't believe it. On a brighter note I went next door to Wendy's, they were friendly fast and the food was prepared fresh and accurately. Don't waste your time with this particular McDonald's since they take it out on the customers when equipment breaks and they aren't smart/savvy enough to fix it, or at the very least apologize and TELL THE CUSTOMERS WHAT IS HAPPENING. THERE WERE CHILDREN IN THE CAR BEHIND ME Luckily mine stayed home! Unbelievable!!!!
Fast and efficient with decently clean bathrooms right across the street from the stadium on game day! We paid 50 bucks for parking across the street and we're in and out with no problems during the Saint Steelers game and the bathroom was open to us and was clean despite running out of toilet paper. Other than that it's McDonald's! LolFood: 4/5
This McDonald's is an enigma. Used the drive-thru. Ordered a #2 which has two sausage egg mcmuffins & a hash brown. Only got one in the bag. My lady friend's daughter went into the store & got the second sandwich. Turns out they gave her a sausage mcmuffin. Let's face it, poor training = poor service. The manager @ this store should be fired
