Allegheny ave is Always terrible. There is not a time no less than 10 employees are working. This Taco Bell has the most employees working of any Taco Bell I've ever been to. Always tons of employees hanging out, playing, chatting, rarely are they actually working. Yet they are the slowest worst service one in the entire metro area. Tonight again. I go in. It reaks of weed of course. It takes no less then 10 minutes to just be acknowledged. Had maybe 4 or 5 employees walk directly by me but not a single one acknowledged me. Then I do get my order taken. I stood there for 35 minutes!! I saw my food sitting there. It just sat on their table. Not a single person brought it to the counter or would acknowledge I was trying to say hey my food is sitting there. Yet they sat against walls and played tag while horsing around. Finally, 35 minutes later a guy comes up and says hey you ready to order. I said I did my food is sitting right there. He walks to the back then walks up and grabs it. Says my name and I say yup. He says see ya and throws it on the counter. Honestly, they need to just fire every employee and start over. That place is a mess and it has to be management allowing the entire staff to be horrendous. I get it's Taco Bell but this one above them all is trash. Waiting 45 minutes on average if you are lucky for poorly made food is not a business model that can continue for very long.
Worst taco bell ever. I tried to order food items here twice and they delivered wrong items. Second time I can’t even name what they actually sent.. it was like all left over wrapped up in a bowl. Still get goosebumps thinking about that GARBAGE bowl. Seriously!! Very disappointing taco bell. Please replace the employees here or close this location. I would not recommend getting anything from here. Just try other taco bell locations.
Never open at night but Google always states they're open employees rude and always standing outside several times claiming registers go down. Meanwhile, Wendy's and McDonald's still open and operating. Seems like this owner is losing a lot of money on Fridays and Saturday nights because employees don't want to do their job and turn customers away. It's a shame. Google should make them change their hours. Pittsburgh does not have a lot of 24-hour or late night food other than gas stations. So to drive so far and be told by three employees outside smoking cigarettes, their systems are down and drive throughs ridiculously long for Wendy's at McDonald's something should be done
It’s 3:00 on Sunday; the person in the window told me I smelled good and the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito is my regular order. Whoever made this one did it up right. Best one I’ve ever had. 12/10 highly recommend whoever is making ritos during this shift oml
I was picking up an order for somebody else, so I didn't taste it... Honest! We don't! But we all know what Taco Belle did is like. This store is well run. They will make your food right and usually pretty quick. They get busy sometimes. You may have to wait. But they treat delivery orders like any other drive through; your order is made fresh when your driver gets to the order mic. I've never had a customer company out of this store.
Placed a mobile order. Went in to get it. They couldn't find the order. After they looked into it. There was 2 exact same first names on 2 orders. They gave my food to someone else in the Drive-Thru. The other customer brought my food back in. Then the employee handed me the food that the other customer went thru and unwrapped some of it. I said I don't want it nor did I trust them to remake it. They said I have to go thru the app the get a refund. Well I ended up taking the food and when we got back to the hotel. We opened up some of it that didn't looked touch yet and found a black hair in it and to top it off 2 burritos were missing. Stay away from Allegheny Rd. fast food. Check out my review of Wendy's from the same night. That's the reason I went to Taco bell. Unbelievable!
Great place to eat on a budget. About $8 can get you a whole meal. Great service and quick as well. I ate here everyday for lunch. Vegetarian options: They have vegan and vegetarian options. Also if you have dietary restriction due to religion they can accommodate you as well
They are actually a decent place if they would just get orders right the 1st time... Now the good thing is they are pretty cool when they do mess up to fix the issue & usually are polite about it unlike some other Taco Bell's in the area Vegetarian options: They have some options but I'm not really positive of what they are, I don't get them sorry....

Would give no stars if possible! My husband went there and first they didn’t even give us what we wanted on top of a pound of salt on the nachos and soft taco supreme is pure wet and paper stuck to it. I called and of course they gave him no receipt and was told it’s nothing she could do but relay message to the Gm smh I’m so upset and of course still hungry Y’all have to do better this is unacceptable!
