A wonderful spa. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. Love the music too. All the nail techs are top of the line and know the latest in nail technology like the sns nail application. Love it. The best by far. The owner cares about the business and you can see it every detail. I keep coming back. Recommend highly.

I'm a total klutz so when I went to Aura that didn't change- my boyfriend bought me a gift certificate for a Mani/pedi with hopes that this salon would replace my favorite place down in Woodbridge. I hit my wet nails on the desk twice; the woman that provided the service fixed my nails...twice. She was very patient and insistent to do so. Summary: It's a great salon with nice people. They are also flexible. My boyfriend bought the gift cert over the phone while he was in Seattle for work for me to pick up on my birthday 🤗 it worked out really well!

Love the SNS nails. Keeps nails strong. Large number of colors to choose from. Tina is great.

Terrible service! Nancy did my nails & had a terrible attitude. I normally am quiet bc I hate being difficult especially since I work in customer service but her attitude was not right & the manager, Tina didn't step in even though she was sitting right next to her. Nancy was also laughing & obviously badmouthing me in front of me in their native language. It was so obvious, especially since I'm foreign & sometimes do that. Her attitude was so bad another lady had to finish my nails. All in all, the nail salon is clean and nice but they need better staff. I paid $55 for nails that don't look good! The dip powder the manager recommended for me wasn't well executed and I had smudges and marks on my acrylics. I didn't want to be difficult/ hold them up since they close at 8 and didn't want to deal with their attitude so I left w/o tipping. Goes to say, I will not be returning to their establishment unless their staff makes some major adjustments & will not suggest going here to anyone!!!! Update: I went back to fix a broken nail. Z was very helpful and engaging but tommy was money hungry. He didn't get the right color so I asked him to change it on the other hand to match since he didn't get the right color & he wanted me to pay for his mistake $5!!! I'm not paying after you chose the wrong color & wanted me to have two different shades of nail polish! Thankfully, the receptionist let me go after tommy started arguing with me. They have no sense of the term: the customer is right. They would rather argue with you. On another note, another lady & her husband came in & tommy was rushing to help them & even offered them water & complimentary massages with their manicure. He was rushing to get me out of there to help someone that had the white shade if you know what I mean. That second visit affirmed my thoughts about that place & I will not return. I even thought about getting my nail fixed elsewhere & pay for it rather than deal with their hostility.

My gel manicure chipped after two days and the nail tech cut the top of my toe during by pedicure. I really wanted to like this place. It's bright, clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing.
