This was our second visit and it was awful. Drilling and construction were going on while we waited, unattended, with no one helping us; they are enlarging the facility; very unprofessional staff; they were not welcoming and were late taking us (had to stop the drilling) and our massage lasted about 40 minutes, not the 60 we paid for. It seemed like they were short staffed because our massage "therapists", after some scrambling and confusion, wound up being the owner (a guy) and a young woman who looks like she may have been part of the cleaning staff. They did not know how to give a massage so resorted to patting us through the blankets. This place is a joke.

Great day spa for a relaxing weekend. The hammam not only exfoliated your body but also added to the relaxation.

Have been going to Nadia for almost one year now.  With me, trust is definitely an issue when someone is working on any part of your body whether it's eyebrows, or waxing, or nails, or anything.  Nadia is fantastic and I will continue going to see her each month.  I do not understand any of these negative reviews, although I do see that there are several spas with similar names.  Perhaps that is why these unfavorable reviews appear, but I have had nothing but GOOD and reliable experiences at Bella Luna.

So as far as most of the reviews on here goes... I can't speak for any of the spa services. 

I've only gone here for Brazilian sugaring and underarm sugaring, which has always been fantastic! Nadia is the only person I've had do my Brazilian and I don't really want anyone else. The first time I went here was last year with my friend/roommate who was quite anxious the entire time since it was only her second time getting a Brazilian sugaring wax. Nadia was quite patient, understanding, and comforting the entire time. 

Now, I've been getting waxed for the past two years now and would consider myself to have a high pain tolerance. I'm usually out of my appointments in under 15 minutes--Nadia is a pro! She gets every hair, and will even help you with stubborn ingrown hairs. She always ends the session with some nice aloe or rosewater to sooth the freshly sugared skin. Since I've been coming here often, the nice man that's usually at the front desk has offered me discounted services because of the my loyalty. Compared to spending over $100 at other places nearby, this place is VERY reasonably priced.

This place is definitely worth it for sugaring!
