This place has poor customer service and zero management skills. I booked a appointment with this Spa two weeks in advance for Valentine day gift. After booking the appointment I attempted to call them back and pre pay for the appointment however no one answered the phone. I received a call the day of the appointment confirming the appointment. Upon arriving for the appointment, there was not any massage therapists there only one hair stylist. I left multiple messages to speak with the manager and they have yet to contact me. I was told by one of the workers the only thing they can do for me is reschedule the appointment. They do not consistently answer the phone and possibly wont be there for your schedule appointment! DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SATISFACTION! Response: Thank you for finally contacting me (after writing a google review). Unfortunately "sorry" doesn't fix my issue. I simply had good faith in this being a spectacular day. I live in Kansas and chose your spa with hopes of the best. I hope that you guys find a way to provide better customer service and ensure each client is contacted when you have issues like that especially on holidays (considering an appointment from Kansas was not appropriately taken care of).

I keep a standing appointment with Joe for a deep-tissue massage. He is wonderful. He is professional, polite, and personable. Yesterday, I had my first hair color/cut/style there. I went in feeling dowdy and out-of-date, which definitely does not reflect my personality. After a brief consultation with Laryssa Self, she gave me an incredible color and probably the best style update I've had in a decade. I feel like a new person. I feel like my hair now reflects my personality.

Ben is an amazing hair stylist. He worked wonders on my severely damaged, over processed hair!! The staff is wonderful!! The massage therapist Joe and Amy are so personable and professional...they really can work wonders on your muscles!!! I always recommend Aura to ANYONE who needs massage, nails, or a hair update!!! :-)

Laryssa Self recently gave me a haircut that I am absolutely in love with! I came in with some ideas about an undercut with a design shaved into it, and she completely delivered. It turned out even better than I had hoped! She also did an amazing job with the cut and color. I will absolutely be back in the near future (I'll need to touch up my new undercut) :D If you're looking for someone artistic and brave to try something new and exciting with your hair, please go see Laryssa. She works wonders!

I have gone to Aura several times now and plan on continuing. It is reasonably priced and Ben who does my color (blonde) does a really great job- I think it looks great and I get lots of compliments. Highly recommend!
