Very unprofessional..I went in for a Brazilian wax, the lady had the wax extremely too hot... I told her it was too hot and she continued to use it after she thought it was cool enough... in which I informed her it was still too hot. She burned my panty line, she kept waxing the same area. She didn't wax the entire vagina area. After she was done, she took off her gloves and poured baby oil on me, and wiped my area. Then she poured more oil and gave me Kleenex. I'M NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN. BE CAUTIOUS IF YOU PLAN ON GOING IN THAT PLACE.

UNPROFESSIONAL is a understatement! Booked an appointment two times with Cristina and when i arrived she was not there and said she had family problems which is not an issue but it would be courteous to call or text to cancel this happened two days back to back and then she called me and started an argument because i complained to her boss horrible customer service I would not recommend going to them at all and when i called the store an employee hung up in my face while I was trying to see what was the problem 😤😡

I don't know what kind of eyelash glue they use but it irritated and itched my eyes to tha max. I couldn't take it and only lasted 2 days. The good thing it didn't take any of my lashes!

Is there a rating less than 1 star?????????? When the person, that is supposed to be a professional, reuses the same stick and strips for  a Brazilian wax and thinks nothing of it there is a problem. Not only did it result in a horrible rash and skin infection, she didn't even take all of the hair off!!!! She even left wax on the skin!!!! How is this professional at all?Please people, think twice before going to this place for this type of visit.
