Second time to try this group of Doctors. Should have known after the bad experiences that my Mom and I had when they were still located in the hospital. Doctor was OK, pleasant but very business like. However, the opportunity to communicate with him outside of an office visit or "pay to talk via phone" may be the new trend, but not for me. Replies by assistant and any communication with the administrative personal is not prompt and very impersonal.

Love this place! I've been twice and both times have been very impressed. Place is clean. Doctors and staff are friendly and helpful!

No wait,  Dr is very nice. Staff is awful, I never write reviews about places. The staff makes you feel like an inconvenience, and obviously doesn't care about the patients. Went there, and got some tests done that should've been done in 72 hours. I received no call, and called multiple times and got a different answer every time. Finally a nurse told me I would have to come back in pay ANOTHER co pay and get re checked or I could go to another dr. Exactly what I'm doing 😊

Came to Urgent care because of pain. Explained and described my pain. No test or labs done but was diagnose by knowledge, really???? The doctor start diagnosing me before I can finish telling him my chief complaint. I have been here before and this is why I came back but after today,  I would not recommend being service by Dr. Mustafa Akil. Nothing was done but he sent the nurse back with a prescription that I can't take at all. Came to the urgent care for nothing. How can this man tell me what's wrong with me without any test.
