We were having trouble with water leaking on our back roof. Berek and Irving came over and were immediately able to figure out what the problem was. They were extreamly helpful and very nice. They even helped fix a couple window screens I had falling off. I will definitely be using them again for any future issues. I highly recommend using this company.

I recently had Blake w/ Austermiller Roofing redo my roof and couldn't be happier. They were wonderful to work with and had the entire roof replaced in one day. Came back to clean up the following day. He walked us through color choices and helped us pick one we never thought about but it looks amazing against our brick and new siding. Thanks to Blake and the whole Austermiller Roofing team for the great job!

Austermiller Roofing was great to work with! Every step of the way there was great communication, from my initial call to their customer service representative to Berek and his crew coming the very next day and inspecting and then finding that my roof leak was coming from an HVAC vent that was improperly installed. Derek explained what needed to be done and then got it done quickly, but more importantly, correctly. I highly recommend them!

Couldn't have asked for a better or easier experience than with Austermiller roofing. I had some bad wind/storm damage to my roof and called them as soon as i could as my roof was leaking inside. A guy named Blake showed up and helped tarp my roof in the pouring rain until they could get it repaired. I discussed options with Blake that evening and the next day I decided to go ahead and replace the whole roof. Easy process with these guys. My family and I would use them again without question.

Thanks to a very good experience by my son in Franklin, TN, with the Austermiller company, I contacted them in July 2017 to seek advice about getting a roof on my home in Birmingham, AL. Mr. Kevin Mosely returned my call and essentially gave me a clinic on "do's-and-don't's" as I sought out a roofer and decided on shingles. His perspectives and advice became invaluable as I proceeded to get a new roof on my house last fall. More recently, as I began to consider having my gutters "topped" in some manner to prevent leaves, etc., from clogging them, I remembered Kevin's strong endorsement of ShurFlo Gutter Guards. I discovered a local vendor who uses that product and have an upcoming appointment with him. Before having that person evaluate my situation, I hoped that I could re-visit the matter with Kevin. Sure enough, true to form, he spoke with me freely by telephone and, in addition to giving me advice as to how to proceed, he told me that he believes in ShurFlo so much that he has the product on his own home. These two experiences with Mr. Mosely led me to provide this review because I am convinced that if Kevin and Austermiller have anything to do with it, a customer would be very well served in a reasonable and honest manner. My only regret is that I live outside their service area!
