Went to do a test drive on a car. Radio didnt work. AC Didnt work. Passenger doors didnt work Spedometer didnt work. Engine light was on even though engine light was said it wasnt on as advertised. The dealer wasnt very kind and blamed me for the engine light when it came on after I started it up.

Just bought a 1996 Volvo 960 station Wagon from Austin Auto sales.  I have bought close to 10 cars over the years.    Based on past experience, I don't trust used car dealers.  But, even among used car dealers, you find honest straight forward people.  I found Tim M and his son to be exactly that.  The price I ended up paying was exactly what the market value was for the car.  They did not try and jack the price up.  I listened to parts of his conversation with a mechanic he had doing work for him.  Tim was both mechanically knowledgeable, and appeared to make good decisions about what to fix and what made no sense to fix on an older used car in order to keep the price down.  I would highly recommend them.  (But, as usual when buying anything, do your homework first.)

Austin Auto Sales was a pleasure to deal with. The owner Austin was very knowledgeable about the car we found, was honest and upfront. We took the car to our mechanic and after he gave it a clean bill of health we bought it. Buying process was super smooth and quick. NO funny busniess or hassles. Will Defitanly be back for more car purchases in the future.

Bought a used car at this location that was listed on Craigslist. Good Experience -business transaction was smooth and straightforward signed a few papers that were properly explained. 
Bad: We had a little misunderstanding with the owner over my quote. We went past it but I think both the owner and the son could give better customer service during price negotiating phase.

Very bad experience, Tim was not up front about the cars problems, told me that he did some work on the car and he would send me the paper work and warranty for it and never did and once the car started giving me problems only one month or less after purchasing it he did not help or give me any advice. Do not trust him or his son, and i think he sold the car over priced. He even offered to help me sell it but once i brought the car to him he told me he was not interested in the car and to sell it on my own good luck.
