The man that is usually inside helping people is very nice but I feel like he doesn't want to be bothered with the more difficult car problems. I took my car in there 2 times to find out what was wrong with it. The first time he replaced a part that didn't need replacing, (after I told him it was good!) then charged me $75 that I never got reimbursed for. The 2nd time (next day, same problem) he told me to take it home and see if it still happens! Seriously?! I took it to someone else and my car was fixed the same day! I'm sure it's just because I'm a woman, so I strongly suggest women not go in here alone unless they know what they're talking about or they will take advantage of you!

I went here to get new wheel bearings and we has a miss understanding with the quoted price, so when I came in to pay I actually owed double what I was expecting. It was my fault but the guy behind the counter felt so terrible about it. He worked with me for a while to figure out a solution and ended up shaving a little of the price off to help me out. I was so blown away by his genuine concern. I don't live near this area anymore otherwise I would still take my car here.

I found this to be a good value: decent price for 4 tires plus 4 oil changes and a $50 Speedway card. The manager on Westerville Rd is good to deal with.
