I purchased a vehicle from auto advantage in Rapid City, SD. Once I made the trip back home, I had an issue with the vehicle leaking oil from multiple areas. I talked to the owner and he told me that since they sold me the truck so "cheap", that they would not help me out with repairs. The repairs were over $450. Might I add that they also made me pay $300 for a different set of tires. $750 may not seem like a ton of money to some people, but thats a bit of money to come out of the bank for a truck you can't even drive. It's been over a week and I am still unable to drive my vehicle because it has been in the shop. Auto Advantage's owner has not attempted to, " make this right". I feel as though they knew there was an issue with this vehicle and still sold it to me. I have called over 5+ times to try and make a deal with the owner, but like i said, told me that i should "just be glad i got a good deal on the vehicle and be happy with that". 
They might sell you with the price of their vehicles and their nice salesman, but their costumer relationship building is absolutely terrible.

I have never bought a vehicle from this dealership and I don't think I ever will. My wife and I stopped and looked at a Subaru Forester they had for sale, we were pre approved through our bank and had given them the keys to our current Subaru to see what they would offer us. After spending three hours telling them we wanted to sleep on it we were finally able to leave. For the next few days we received at least twenty phone calls and texts from six different numbers. Definitely not the way to sell a car.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a price that was below NADA listed value! My co-worker suggested I visit these guys. I'm pleased with the entire experience. Our truck runs great!!! Telling my friends to be sure to shop at Auto Advantage. Good job on detail/website descriptions.

This is the small dealership in town that everyone should be EXTREMELY cautious with. I guess they figured I was just another military member with no brains and a steady paycheck that they could take advantage of. Its not the salesmen you need to worry about, it's the guys in the back that had my family and I waiting for 3 hours, and pressure selling like none other. They didn't want to discuss my trade in value with me, tried to jip me out of a nice warranty, and thought they could put a blindfold on me and stick a pen in my hand. They tried to have me sign a power of attorney to give up my trade in BEFORE DISCUSSING APR, TOTAL PAYMENTS, PRINCIPAL AMOUNT, ETC. I didn't even get to test drive the vehicle! lastly, when I told them I would sleep on it, they threw a fit and made us awkwardly leave. Very unprofessional and would tell any military to stay away from them. They are definitely not in interested in compromising whatsoever. Turns out the same vehicle was listed online for $1000 less, but didn't drop a cent while I tried to tell them to consider dropping it a little during those 3 hours. Glad I got out when I did.
