Absolutely fantastic service with the salesman Jeff Kappel! I had troubles with the pricing of the vehicle I ended up purchasing and he worked with me until I got down actually under the amount I was requesting. Classy and very helpful. I will fully recommend this business to any of my closest friends.

Excellent service. No appointment necessary which was very convenient. Took the time to explain what work was suggested in the future. The waiting room is very nice; I appreciate the hot tea on such a cold day.

Be careful what you are buying from McKie.  We recently purchased a used Expedition from them and after having it home for a little while we realized we were cheated big time by them.  Yes, I know we purchased a used car but this goes beyond that.  There was hail damage on the roof of the car that we obviously didn't see because we didn't climb up on the car and look at the roof!  Also, the paint on the back of the car is chipping off but at the time of purchase was touched up so that we didn't notice it.  After having it a few months the touch up is failing and the paint is now slowing chipping away.  After doing a lot of research this is a VERY common issue with Expeditions.  This happens to be a manufacturers defect that hundreds of people are having issues with.  This tells me that more than likely McKie knew about this defect, tried to cover it up and let us purchase this car without letting us know about it.  I get that it is up to us to look over the car before we purchase it but because they tried to cover up the paint chipping it wasn't noticeable at the time.  Also, who climbs up on top of a car to check the roof!  I guess I will in the future! We feel like these issues should have been brought to our attention before we bought this car.  Mckie has done nothing to help us and there have been countless other issues with the car aside from these cosmetic issues.  Very disappointed in the dishonesty of this company and will not be purchasing from them again or recommending this dealership to others.

I went in right before close and  my salesman and a few others stayed late to help me find a truck and complete the sale. I am so thankful and love my new truck!
