I'd give a zero if possible. Originally from out of state where I had two fantastic service departments, moved out here and beyond disappointed. I've had two recalls on my car and a faulty oil pan gasket. Trying since this past January to get in with them to get all this handled. Never get a call back when I leave a message finally after 11 months reached some one who scheduled it today, only to get a call trying to find any possible reason for them to not work on it. I told him I'll just leave it and have them call when they start working on it if for some reason the work won't be covered. Finally called back to say that I don't actually have a warranty on it even though I am the original owner and only have had it for 6 years. Going to file a formal complaint. I have never had such a terrible service center in my years of owning a car and working with a rental agency. I'm so disappointed that I cannot bring myself to own another Kia product while I live in this area.

It was my 3rd KIA Sportage (the first two were bought in different states and dealerships) and when this new one needed some service issues that I was told it is just the way they made the blower floor system...I cannot believe I was told that...also was told by the sales person that I had a backup camera like I had on the previous KIA Sportage but found out there was no warning beeps to indicate someone or things was in my danger zone...one svc mgr told me that is probably a program problem and bring the car in when in the area and they would fix it...well, the new svc mgr looked into it this past visit and said there are no sensors in your bumper so you have no warning sounds...talked about disappointed and feeling life I was duped by the sales person saying it was like the one I had since the Sportage model is hard to see with the back side panels and this screen is small it is dangerous. They had one awesome service manager named Kevin (a few years ago) who had the knowledge and the power to fix one's new vehicle and now am just told it is the way they made the vehicle... and I would have to contact KIA

As a first time car buyer, I was thrilled/shocked they could get me approved for a brand new 2016 model car! Luckily, I was financed through my own bank as they must've been in their system or something - anyway, Mark Thompson was very friendly and helped my mom and I understand what we were getting into. The dealership itself was very sleek, sophisticated, and modern. The finance guy (can't remember his name sorry) made the paperwork signing crystal clear and easy to understand. I will definitely come back when I need another vehicle! Thanks, Nathan

We have purchased 3 cars here and have had a very positive experience, Mark was very helpful and the service Dept is top notch. Why else would we come back 3 times? The KiA Vehicles are very reliable, and ride very nice.
