They were so rude. I paid for the full treatment which included the inside of my car, but they never touched the inside of my car. When i asked for the refund, they told me to get list. YET, I paid for the full treatment, and i lost a lot of money. Awful experience! Wash you own car or go somewhere else!

I've been going here for 15 years and I've loved it. But they didn't change with the times. Basic Car Wash only is over $10 while it's half that at Sheetz or GetGo. And what used to be the value here for the hand dried door seals, Etc is gone. They still do it, but the staff is high as a kite. I thought it was amusing that the young man who took my ticket wreaked of marijuana until I drove my car shopping the rest of the day and the entire car smells like marijuana each time I got in and out. If I was a teacher or a businessman meeting clients that day instead of me just shopping for home it would have affected my day with colleagues or clients likely catching a whiff of me smelling so green. not funny anymore

I just bought a new/used vehicle that I was told had been "detailed". I was so frustrated because what they considered detailed was upholstery and carpet with stains,dust in near every crevice,dirt/black grime of some sort along the door frames,and lack luster dash , dirty mats thrown in the back compartment ,etc.  I drove the SUV straight over to Auto Bath House where I was met by a friendly girl named Tia. She immediately introduced me to Mary, who was in charge of detailing. I am so thankful to know that I was NOT being over picky about my new purchase. Mary could not believe this was a vehicle I had just drove off the lot or that it would be delivered to me in such poor condition. She told me about their current deal and promised that I would be very happy with my SUV~ like I should have been when I bought it.Thank you Mary & Tia! So, I have every confidence that tomorrow when I pick it up that will be my experience :) I will post again and let ya know!

Awful service. Took my friend that just moved here to get both of ohr cars washed. We bought the super wash because it was on sale. Cashier told us it should take about a half hour because they are busy. After almost 45-60 mins of waiting and washing at least over 10 regular washes go by...my car was started by my friends still wasnt. I politely talked to the cashier and told her i needed someone to dedicate their time to my friends car because we’ve paid for our washes too, paid more money for our washes, and we should be a priority over the washes that came and left after us. The cashier told us that someone would dedicate time to our cars. After an additional 10-15 mins wait my friend’s car still wasnt started and he went and talked to the cashier. When they finally started my friends car mine was done but they didnt clean my door panels or carpets because the rhino machine was broke. I started wiping my door panels out myself. They forgot to shine my tired and they didnt clean my cup holders/center console out. After my friend finally got fed up because he was now going to be late for work and his car still wasnt going to be clean he decided he was just gonna drive off. The supervisor got rude with him. And my friend had to snap out to get a refund which they refused at first and my friend told them he wasnt leaving without his money. The offered a free wash which we declined because we wont be going back ever again.

Used to be awesome not as impressed anymore. Can easily tell dirty parts after. I don't know what they put on the brakes and seats to clean them but they need to stop. I slide around in my seat for a day and my foot is going to slip of the brakes at the worst moment
