Have always had positive experiences at Auto Excel.  They are both very professional and knowledgeable.  From the time you walk through the front door to the time that you leave with your vehicle, the service is impeccable.  They are very thorough and informative.  After the last visit there, my soon to be 10yr old BMW is running like it did when I bought it! Which is largely due to their advice and commitment to the service that they provide.  I would trust them with any vehicle that I may own but especially my BMW.  Have had very bad experiences at another "reputable" place in town. A special thank you to Phillip, Kevin and Dallas for their professionalism.

I can't say enough about my experiences at Auto Excel.  Phillip, Dallas, and Kevin go above and beyond in providing excellent and honest customer service.  They did a great job explaining the problems I was having with my BMW and the repairs were made in a timely manner.  Phillip did all the communicating with my warranty people and he even took care of getting a rental car for me!  They also have an awesome rewards program.  They are now my guys for all of my BMW services and I highly recommend them.

This used to be a pretty good shop, good work at a fair price. I’ve done a fair amount of work with them over the years the owner has even purchased a couple of cars from myself and my family. Expecting a good experience I took my car in to get my clutch replaced and was quoted 2200 dollars. Mind you, this is a seven year old Honda Civic, not a Porsche. Suspicious, I called several shops and got quotes ranging from 750-1000 dollars, the local dealership even beat them by 800 dollars or so. On top of that they were trying to charge me 1000 more to change the power steering fluid, clean/adjust the rear drums, and change the brake fluid. Honestly, I’m disappointed, now they’re just like ever other shop, trying to prey on people hoping they don’t know any better

USAA recommends Auto Excel and I'm so glad they do!!  From the moment I called the shop, Phillip Preston was very attentive to detail with taking care of my Volkswagen. He worked me in that day and arranged for a rental car.  My car needed several repairs and Meng and Lead Technician, Kevin were very expedient and thorough in taking care of all of them.  I was emailed a detailed diagnostic assessment that evening including photos and once services were agreed upon, I was kept up to speed throughout the entire process.  My car drives and runs better than it has in years!  I'm very satisfied and will definitely do business with them again! The guys at Auto Excel are professionals who care about their work and the customers they serve.  Don't hesitate to call Phillip if your car needs any type of repair. They stand behind their work and include a warranty that is twice as long as the one Don Jacobs offers!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I'm a business woman myself and my advisor Phillip convinced me in seconds with his passion and knowledge. I could tell immediately that this was somewhere I could trust. How can you not TRUST a company that backs everything they say with PROOF?!? I've never seen ANY repair shop/tire shop/mechanic etc give me a detailed report of the EXACT condition my car is in. This is what solidified me coming to Auto Excel. Sure enough. Phillip was in constant contact with the condition of my car as it was in repairs. He was honest and had my safety FIRST AND FOREMOST. I recently purchased a car that to most would appear perfect, I went to MANY others (independent and corporations) and they all told me I was fine. It was obvious with the pictures and detailed report of my car that I was NOT fine. My brakes in their current condition could have left me injured, along with others, or resulted in an auto accident of some sorts. As Phillip put it, "this type of negligence is unacceptable". This ladies and gentlemen is why you pay the price for quality work. THOROUGH WORK! I've been in tears nearly all night since leaving at how blessed I feel that these gentlemen even pulled me into the back to explain to a young female just how things need to be working and what to look for. They care. I can't say enough! Why haven't YOU called them yet?! Ask for Phillip! He will keep your SAFETY in mind first and foremost, isn't that what's most important for you and your family? Thank you Phillip and the entire team for making my car safe. This is my business - my everything - my livelihood. I cannot express my gratitude. A FOREVER CUSTOMER AND SENDING EVERYONE I KNOW YOUR WAY. Let's take over LEX and the state of KY! Happy thanksgiving my friends.
