I had a great experience with Ed Shults of Warren. As a student graduating from college in May this is the first new car I have bought. My sales man Art took the time to explain anything I was unclear on and answer any questions without any pressure to come in or rush the sales process. I appreciated that as I was going through the process for the first time. Definitely recommend!

I have always had a good experience at Ed Shultz in Warren, PA and this time was no exception.  The staff is courteous and helpful, explaining what needs to be done and what was done.  Wait times have always been reasonable too.  Good job!

All of the people I came into contact with were great! I was there for awhile longer than I anticipated, but I asked them to check something else on my car aside my inspection that I had scheduled, so I can’t complain. They investigated and told me they would need a little more time to figure out what was going on. They were very up front with me and I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me since I went by myself, and I have had other garages try to get me to buy things/do things to my vehicles that didn’t need done. 

They mentioned that my tires were getting low and I should start shopping around for some and maybe I could get a good deal. Not once did they push any of their products on me, which I really appreciate. I definitely will be back to get my vehicle serviced there in the future.

Our first service experience with Shults in Warren was so much better than I had expected.  Previous service experiences at other dealers always were a nightmare to me. Not at Shults.  The guy who took care of us treated us like we were important to them. No one wants to have a car issue but if you do this is the place to go

Great responsive service from Corey and Jim.  Very friendly and informative. They made sure we got all the options we wanted without trying to push for additional things we did not want or need. Very satisfied!
