Terrible service.  I would not recommend this Shell station even if your tank is near empty. The Customer service associates have poor communication skills and acted nasty towards me when I was unable to stop the gas pump from pumping and it spilled all over the cement and myself. The refused to give me my money back for gas that never went into my gas tank. I would not shed a tear if a drone randomly flew by and destroyed that particular shell station that was only filled with the nasty rude customer service associates that I dealt with.

terrible communication and service. I called earlier in the week to ask about inspection for cars and they said that all I had to do was drop it off between 8a-3pm. I dropped my car off at 8:30a and they said that they will give me a call later on that day. I received a call at 11ish am and the guy said that he was going to charge me 109 for the inspection. I said ok, and he asked what time I could pick it up. I told him 12 or 1 and he said that it wont be done. (mind you that when I called earlier they said that it would only take 1hr!) So my car basically was sitting there for 3 hours and wasnt touched. So I told him that I get off at 5 and he said thats fine. I get off to go pick up my car and MY CAR WASNT INSPECTED! The guy left a note and said that he couldnt inspect it today but if I can come in tomorrow he will "Try his best." Thats not even a definite that he will even inspect it. So I spoke to a mechanic that was there and asked him If my car was there at 8:30 (and the guy who I dropped off my keys to said i'll be the first person to be worked on) why wasnt it done and he couldnt even give me an answer. Just told me sorry in an attitude like I was annoying him for wanting to get answers. I'm never going there ever. Not even to get gas.
