I've been going to this location for many years.  Friendly staff that does a decent job of getting you in and out of there.  Competitive prices.  If I'm buying tires, I do my homework first.
Just back again on 1/15/18. I had a very small loss of air in my tire.  The technician took the time to explain exactly the issue and answered other qustions about tire pressure. Very helpful.

My Son went in to get his oil changed and when the Mechanic bought the car out to him he had to back it out of the shop. He came to get my son from the waiting room to tell him the oil change was done and his car was ready, but it wouldn't go in drive and he may have a transmission problem! I went to go pick my Son up as he could not drive forward.  I went in to speak to the Mechanics to see happened to my Son's car because he drove it in and now he cant5 drive it out! Well no one was at the front desk,  just 2 customers.  I walked out to check the hours to see if they would be open on Sunday so that I could come back to speak to the Mechanics, since they were obviously busy and I had an engagement to get to and we had to leave the car until we could get it towed elsewhere . Well long story short this morning my son and husband went to the check the transmission fluid at the suggestion of a mechanic friend only to discover that there was no transmission fluid and the oil level was extremely high.  So they then realized that the Mechanic had drained the transmission fluid ,instead of the oil and over  filled the oil!!!!!!  Now we have a big problem!

Avoid at ALL COSTS. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional shop... first of all, service takes forever, even with an appointment. I went twice in one day (once to make an appointment, and the second time for the service) - both times there was no one working the front desk... do not expect to be attended to at this shop for at least 15-20 minutes after you arrive. I had an appointment for 4PM, my car was not brought into the garage and lifted until 5:15PM... I was only there for an oil change. I was called into the garage at 5:45PM only to find out my car had NOT been worked on - rather, I was told I had an oil leakage and that my oil could not get changed. In terms of the apparent leakage, I’ve never noticed any oil leakage from my car before coming to this shop, so I was skeptical of the leakage diagnosis from the shop’s manager. Both the manager and technician tried telling me I needed to replace my gasket to solve the oil issue (can run up to $400). The technician eventually twisted on a new cap to temporarily solve my oil “leakage” and told me to drive around for a few days and come back if the leakage continued... also tried selling me a headlight service. I ended up leaving at 6PM with absolutely NO work done on my car. 2 hours wasted. Also, the manager was in the middle of eating his dinner in hand the entire time he was explaining my car issues to me in the garage. It was obvious that this shop is extremely unprofessional and that they are money-hungry people that cannot be trusted. If you are in the area, please take your vehicle to Meineke on Rhode Island Avenue - much more professional service!

This place is the best for oil changes. Very kind staff and very knowledgeable. Cornell was professional and gave me new information about my car. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently went here to get my car alignment for which the lady who looked like she was in her late 45-60, was extremely rude unprofessional as hell and racial profiled me like crazy. Smh really HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ALL MEANS. THEY AREN'T POLITE NOR WELCOMING. SMH I ONLY WENT HERE SINCE IT WAS CLOSER TO WHERE I LIVE BUT NEVER AGAIN WILL TRY A DIFFERENT NTB IF NEEDED.
