Brought a car starter for Christmas and I was told I can have it installed the day after Christmas. Called to confirm the appointment and was told the earliest they can get to me was on the 15th of January. Instead of them correcting their mistake or trying to rectify the situation they would rather me return the item and lose a customer. So I returned the item and then got an appointment with Zbart's on the 4th for a car starter. Auto finishers messed up a great Christmas gift.
