I called Clover because I was having trouble getting my spa chemicals balanced. The woman on the phone was so nice. She said to bring in all the chemicals I was using along with a water sample and they would check everything and give me some recommendations and let me know how I should be using the chemicals. When I actually went there it was a totally different story. They checked my water with the same kit I had at home. The only feedback I got was my alkalinity was high. The young man told me to let it rain in the tub. I told him this was an ongoing issue maintaining the chlorine levels. He shrugged and told me to drain it. I asked him about my chemicals and he told me to just add chlorine twice a week. I went to the back to buy filters and the line was so long I waited 15 minutes and had to leave. The place was clean and had a great selection. I was just sad the service wasn't better.

Great service at Clover. I bought a hot springs tub. The service was great. Cody was very knowledgable about the chemicals and gave me a great understanding. Looking forward to making more purchases there.

From the sales staff to the delivery crew I was treated to exceptional service. The patio furniture I ordered was delivered on time and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Clover to my family and friends.

The customer service is horrible! I called asking for a part waited 20 minutes only to be disconnected. No one ever seems to be able to answer my pool questions. Buy more chemicals and it will fix the problem is their answer to everything....never ever again will I deal with them or recommend !!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I had the pleasure to work for Clover and I can honestly say I enjoyed going to work there every day. Everyone there from the owner down is friendly and extremely easy to get along with on a daily basis. If you prefer working for a local business over a corporation then you will love the work environment here. They run an honest business and have a genuine family feel, which is difficult to come by. I highly recommend Clover as an employer as well as a business in general.
