I find Tops to have very high prices but I do love to get lamb chops and ox tails from there.

I've been able to buy things affordably here from time to time if they're running a tops bonuscard special on something. Otherwise, tops feels basically the same as Wegmans to me, but not as nice.

A dump. The worst Tops in Rochester. Filthy, crowded and good luck getting any customer service.
