Shops around the little for brakes for my car. Ended up at Mavis and got full set of brakes all the way around. Installation was fast service kind of was courteous and truthful, and I got a fair price. You can haggle a little bit with them.

Where do I begin. I bought tires from this store a year ago, they performed an alignment and never gave me a paper with the adjustments. I figured they forgot but I soon realized (as I was driving) that the alignment that I paid for was never done. I called them back and told them my wheel was still not straight, they made another appointment for me to come in. After the 2nd time the wheel was exactly the same as it was before, I then looked under the truck and found that they slashed a ball joint boot and put grease in (completely unprofessional). I then called for the 3rd time now and the manager "Joe" said I have over sized tires and there was nothing else that could be done to it. My tires are the same EXACT tires that come stock from the factory 265/70/17, there was and is nothing special or aftermarket about my tires. I later did some research and found out that most chains like these cannot properly do an alignment on trucks as they do not have the proper training nor equipment (small cars only) yet they will gladly accept your money and do nothing to align your vehicle.

I reached out to the corporate office and spoke with upper management, he seemed very sympathetic to my situation and offered to send me a check in the mail equal to the alignment I paid for but never received. The offer came AFTER I told him that I am a business man and will take my business else where is this is how they do business. He asked for my address and gave me the speech of every customer is important ect. 

To this day I have never received a check and will not do business with Mavis Discount tire. Although I will continue to use them for flat repairs as I know it costs them money and time, the same money and time that they so recklessly wasted of mine.

If you do your research as I did, you will read through the reviews and see all the negative reviews on the manager "Joe" at this location, obviously the man has no respect or regard for his customers, nor does his upper management either.

Mavis Tire is NOT RECOMMENDED!

Stopped in for a quick brake inspection. Back was ok. Front needed to be replaced.  New brakes in an hour. Great service!
