Absolutely Love my Sells Guy Stewart Caldwell at Auto Masters. He was extremely helpful in helping me into a new vehicle. He was honest and i like that. It was not just about getting a car sold with him. He is the type of person who stands by what he sells and prides himself on being proud of it. If most car salesmen were like Stewart Caldwell I think it would really put consumers at ease to know he has there best interest at heart and not just a buck. Its been over a year now and i am still loving my Ford Edge. He said it was a good car and it truly has been so far.

Stewart Caldwell is amazing!!!! He helped my husband and I out without the headache and hassle that comes with purchasing a new vehicle!!! We are thrilled and so very lucky to have him help us!! This is the place to come if you are in the market for a new car!!! He explained everything in great detail and answered every question we had!!!

Love love love our salesman Stewart Caldwell! He was honest and up front and soooo very willing to get me in the car I wanted today! So pleased with his service today! Thank you so much Stewart!!!! Car salesman of the year! Made me feel welcome appreciated and didn’t try to lie and swindle his way into a sale. You have forever earned my trust and loyalty as a customer!!!! First thing when I pulled up the the car lot at drive auto master it was two gentlemen standing outside and before I could get outside of the car they already know who was because someone else Referred me to Marcus at first when I pulled up he was already helping someone but still found in his favor to help me out as well. Then there was this one person my the name of Stewart Caldwell he made you feel like you was somebody and get not bet around the bush about anything. He also share some things with me not just about getting a car but other things I will not mentioned on here. I will go back to drive auto masters and will send others there as well to buy a car it was a quick process with people who care.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY WILL NOT GO OUT OF THERE WAY FOR GUESTS

I had purchased this vehicle in 07/2017 from Auto Masters in Nashville, TN. I purchased this vehicle with an extended warranty. I called the dealership to let them know about this fire and what happened. I told them what happened as it was inspected by Chevy Dealership and two different third party investigators. This was a mechanical failure I have received ZERO assistance through them. They told me I had to get it towed to there shop in Tennessee which was estimated at a $400-$600 tow bill to go 1.5 hours. I told them I could afford that. I asked if there was anything possible. Carlos told me which I recorded the call the he would take the cost of repair off the back end of my loan if I couldn't get it towed to there shop. This was before he found out the dealership gave me an estimate of $8,300 to repair. I called him to tell him this then he refused to help at all. 

A good dealership would help some and try to give some assistance they are all about money and don't care at all about there customers once they make that sale. I tried to call the general manager of this location several times and sent an email, no response. I then proceed to keep trying to get some help and ask if they could even cover one of my payments and that was like I was asking for a brand new truck. I am very involved in the community and will make my experience known. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from a business. 

Then my account manager has the nerve to call the auto body shop it's at and verify they are fixing it and ask for a receipt. I found this out because the shop calls me asking if this was ok. If you guys aren't covering repair, refusing to help, and arent concerned then why have the balls to call without my knowledge and ask for a receipt of repair? If your willing to help great call and verify but when you flat out refuse no have any care or concern in the world, NO. This is the worst guest service I have EVER received. Two different third party investigators said this was mechanical failure which I have reports and contacts to back up. Absolutely absurd that they refuse to help. I didn't ask them to cover the whole repair but like I said all they care about apparently is making a quick sale/dollar. Do yourself and family a favor shop somewhere else.
