Everyone here was super nice and helpful! I've never had a car obtaining process go so smoothly before. My old truck was moments from breaking down and I needed a new car ASAP. My manager had just gone here and referred me to go see Lee and raved about how great they were. I don't have the best financial history, but because of my job I was able to put down $750 (yes, $750, plus insurance) and drive away in a 2013 Chevrolet Impala! Nice condition and drives beautifully! Back in Florida I had to put down $4000 to get a car! I would highly recommend this place, great people to work with!

I am so grateful to have met salesmen Dave and Darrell at American Car Center. My niece recently bought a beautiful new car from American Car Center and advised me to visit the lot. My transmission recently went out in my car and I needed to do something quickly. The guys were extremely kind and helpful. Not once did I feel uncomfortable buying a car from their lot. It was truly a pleasant car-buying experience. I purchased a beautiful, top quality, low mileage vehicle at American Car Center that works well with my budget AND in a short period of time. I've already began encouraging others to visit the lot. Hats Off to Dave and Darrell!!!

I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from American Car Center in Nashville, TN.  The car rides great and is in great condition.  I must say this is by far the best dealership I've ever gone to.  Dave and Darryl were able to get me into my vehicle without any issues.  They are the kindest people you would want to meet.  If I left anyone out I do apologize.  In addition to my purchase and because I provided information to them that they requested, I was told to come in for some free gas.  Now if that's isn't great customer service I don't know what is.  I work in customer service so I know what it means to be polite and helpful.  Thanks guys for your genuine kindness!!  I have referred one of my friends to them because of my very own personal experience.

Easy to get a car. But the office people and the people in Memphis are ride as hell. Dont let life hit you and need a extension just once after paying on time. You get people with attitudes, smart remarks. Called to talk to the guy at the office after being told my car would be taken from one payment. He was rude about just doing a release on the car. It be nice to speak with one nice professional individual
