We bought a car from here. They didn't let us see, or test drive the car prior to running the sales paperwork. The clutch blew ten miles down the road, and they are refusing to fix it. I've never had a worse car buying experience.

Had a Jeep listed for $22,700. Went there to purchase. He handed me a sales sheet that said $367 per month. I thought no way that would be the payment for 60 months. 
Well the price went from 22k to 27k. 
Around $2200 dollars in added fees and tax. 
This is serious “bait and switch”. Beware of this place. Found a Jeep 3 years newer (same model) for $2500 less. Stay away

Terrible customer service. First car had transmission problem which thank god was under ford warranty. Second car has front end issues which I’m going to see if it’s under their warranty. Cars never detailed. Salesman very unprofessional (he is no longer there) this my first time buying used cars. Won’t go back again. Waiting as we speak for call for my tags that I need today since temporary tags expire today. Even after I called 4 times the day before so my tags would be there I’m waiting on call now to go back for one set. Just terrible customer service.

I went to purchase a vehicle here and I was treated good in the beginning,as I stated to them what I wanted my car payment to be ,This one individual Bryant got mad started using profanity ,that’s not professional at all,Mr Parker and Mike are very professional and will try to help you if they can,Bryant calls me ask if I needed a car I told him God leas me else where he say F U and your car really !As a owner this needs to be addressed cocky ppl better watch who they come against,I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to Greedy for (Money)!!!

I wish I could give this place negative stars!!! BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!!! This DEALERSHIP IS ABOUT GREED AND THE SALE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE CAR.!! I purchased my first car a Chrysler 200 2011 from them. My salesman was Zach. He's a crook if you ever saw one. Horrible experience after I purchased the car. They sold me a car where the radio didn't work then gave me the run around trying to fix it. 6 months later radio still NOT FIXED!!! Alternator went up on the car yet I had to pay for it... PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE I BEG YOU DONT SHOP HERE. THEY WILL LIE, CHEAT, MANIPULATE YOU INTO BUYING A ORANGE IF YOU LISTEN LONG ENOUGH
