Got ride clean but not spotless. Rushed through on the vacuum, dry and polish .For 25 bucks I would expect better. Seems to be understaffed.

They do ok work its better to just do it yourself its not bad but they will try to rip you off. They didnt dry my car so i waited and gotto get a free wash the next time, came back didnt honor it.

I just left this location very disappointed. I am still trying to figure out what I paid $37 for. When I pulled up they did their spill about leaving the car running and getting out. I forgot that I left my passenger side window (very visibly) down. I didn't remember until after my car had been through the wash. I thought maybe the employee who opened the door on that side would have saw it. Once my car went through and they saw the window was down, nobody said anything. As a matter of fact, they rolled the window up and never said anything. They guy asked me was there anything else I wanted him to clean which was odd to me. Well I see why he asked that. I had water spots and visible dirt in different spots on my car. There was also still dirt on my car mats. What did I really pay for? To sit in their lobby and scroll on Facebook? I could have done that at home. I'm really disgusted and will never return.

They rush on your car and they don't clean it well. They have broken things on y car and one of the managers has a very bad attitude. If it could be no stars I would have chosen that option.

They are getting worser and worser half cleaning your vehicles half cleaning your windows not wiping it down good they are always in a rush they're always in a hairy butt when they're taking their time they do a good job but Gate City Boulevard and High Point Road stay away
