I recently called to get some details on a vehicle I was interested in.   I spoke with a man named Tim A. Tim was very thorough and knowledgeable while informing me of all the details I needed to better decide what's right for me and helped with my appointment.     
It's great customer service attitudes like Tims that really help decide where you will make such a large purchase.    All though I don't remember his last name I do know it started with an A.     
Thank you Tim A.   Keep up the great work.    Hopefully I'll be in my new Ford soon.

Went in to buy out a lease. 
Salesperson had no idea what he was doing the entire time and was very adamant about doing an inspection on the vehicle which I said I didn't need as I was buying it out and would get it done elsewhere. 
After awhile I said fine and gave him the keys to my vehicle with around 40k miles. 
The salesperson also asked me to sign a customer survey and as I was looking at it went ahead and filled it out on his own and gave himself the best review possible. 
After finishing up the paperwork about 2 hours later I was informed it failed inspection for a tie rod and that it would cost $440 to replace. 
The woman who informed me of this said it was a rear tie rod which doesn't exist. 
I then spoke with a separate mechanic who said it was the front right inner. I told them not to do any work and I left. 
I then had it looked at by 2 mechanics who both said it was fine and didn't need to be replaced. 
Please be very careful with these guys as they will tell you parts are bad that arent. They also charge $115 per hour and jack up the price on parts.

The best ford dealer. Great experience with Fabio. I went to see a car and I end up with a good deal on a new car. Thanks for everything you guys did for me. The manager was a great person, and he know how to talk to get the deal. Great experience.

I was very pleased with Hague. He showed me everything I needed to know 
about my Car and was very helpful in getting me financing. I definitely will be going back when I need a new vehicle. And I will be sending family and friends to AutoFair Ford.

Everyone was so friendly and amazing. I bought a 2017 Focus ST and it’s BEAUTIFUL. 
Every single person was so helpful and was very open about everything I was signing and very informative about all of the fine print.
