I can't even begin to tell you how fabulous Ira of Manchester was.  Our salesman was the absolute best.  We tried another Toyota dealer in Nashua and the service was absolutely horrible, so when we walked in to Ira we were a bit bitter but the salesman was the greatest.  We got there a little early at 10:45 am and they didn't open until 11....he came out and greeted us before they even opened!  He took us for a test drive and he drove first which was great because he could show us all the details of the truck.  He went over every inch of the vehicle and even helped us get the price we wanted.  Ira was great from the salesman to the finance dept.  If I could give it more stars I would.  I would definitely go back again.

Dan was very professional and attentive to any questions I had. He was familiar with the vehicle I was interested in and explained how everything worked. He was polite and came in on his day off to finalize the sale. I am more than pleased with the way he made sure all my issues were dealt with.
After purchasing the vehicle, I needed another remote key made which Tyler took care of quickly and easily at no cost to me per the sale contract.  Excellent experience all around.

Generally, I have a pretty negative view of car dealerships. Ira Toyota rises above that and has impressed me at every point. Before I even went there, my research showed them to have the lowest price points for the car I was looking for, consistently below book. When I reserved a test drive, they stayed in contact without being pushy. The day I came in, the staff moved quickly to show me only th vehicles I wanted to see. The showroom was well-stocked with amenities that kept my son occupied during the paperwork, which moved along at a decent rate. Last, when they discovered they could not beat the rate I had from my credit union, they rewrote the paperwork on their own initiative to get me the better rate. The integrity and professionalism of Ira Toyota is such that I may not have reason to go elsewhere so long as these guys continue setting the standard for what used to be a dreaded process.

The team at IRA Toyota of Manchester was outstanding to both my wife & I.  My wife does not like car shopping, so she tasked me with finding her a new car.  Kevin, the salesman, was very accommodating and even suggested driving to our house so that she could see the car.  Throughout the whole process Kevin was excellent and went above and beyond in accommodating our needs.  When negotiating price, both Kevin and Rick worked with us to provide a fair reasonable price for both our trade in and new Rav-4.  The Finance manager Dan was very entertaining and made the financing process very painless.  In my experience, car shopping is always something that is long, time consuming, and straining.  This was NOT the case at IRA Manchester, 5 stars all the way around.  We will definitely be back for our next Toyota needs.  Thank you IRA Manchester team!

I had a 2pm appt for an oil change and arrived at 1:55. I waited in my car in the bay for about 15 minutes before someone came to speak to me. The woman who assisted was Jenna or Jenny I believe and was absolutely wonderful. She was both professional and extremely friendly. I was given an accurate wait time for the service which is always a plus. The waiting area is great. There is comfortable seating along with snacks and beverages. The experience with the service agent was what made this review 5 stars instead of 4 so thank you!
