After dealing with a few problem dealerships I decided to give Quirk Kia a try.  Brian was a very informative salesman and was very helpful and Matt in finance got me a great deal on a great Kia Sportage.  The whole experience from when I first arrived was a positive one and very stress free! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new car giving Quirk Kia a try!

I had gotten my 2016 Kia Optima in May of last year. I was 19 at the time and just thought that no matter what, I was getting a car. I didn't realize there was a difference between leasing and financing. I had told them my driving habits (driving from Concord to Manchester daily and driving to Mass multiple times a year). They still only gave me 12,000 miles a year to drive. I went back in on Monday to get into a different car and finance considering my credit score is at a 724 now. They said I was all set to take the 2017 Kia Forte. They took my plates off my car and were taking the stickers off of the forte. Then when we were about to go and get everything (after we switched over my insurance and everything). They said their guy in Atlanta couldn't be reached due to the hurricane that just happened so they'd call me the following day. I waited a couple days with no call. Thursday comes and I had my aunt call and pretend to be me with me standing right next to her. Doug then tried saying I needed 5,500 down now when I was already given the okay for $0 three days prior. Then my aunt said how we were talked into the lease (paying way too much for it by the way) and I hadn't known the difference. Doug said "well did we force you into getting the car? People at 19 serve in the military." He started giving rude remarks and being disrespectful. We hung up on him and he called right back and we told him we'd be going elsewhere to get a different car. He ends up saying "thank you" in the most snarky voice. Never go here to get your car.

Came in expecting the same old run around that you get at most dealers, but was pleasantly surprised. My sales person Brian was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. He got me a great deal and I was able to drive away in a brand new Sorento lease. Brian and the whole team at Quirk made a normally aggravating experience easy and even enjoyable. I'll for sure be coming back for my next car and sending all my friends and family here! Thanks again Quirk Kia!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Pat Stewart, who worked with me through my purchase. Pat was extremely accommodating and focused on my needs. This team made the purchasing process exceptionally fast and pleasant and I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle

Didn't end up buying from them but the staff was really kind. Even after I said I wasn't buying! The lot manager was very helpful
