From beginning to end Chris followed through.  He was detail oriented, listened to what I was comfortable with in new car and delivered.  He was knowledgeable about the product, went over every detail and provided instructions and set ups of the instruments.  The transition was smooth and easy.
 
Nick did a wonderful job going over the finances. Frank came in for a meet and greets and gave me a wonderful send off.
 
It was an overall great experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Alejandra Jaime to lease my Mercedes Benz and I can’t say enough about the entire experience.  I was pretty apprehensive about leasing and Alejandro was so concise with giving me all of my options!  He made my car buying experience wonderful and was never pushy during the whole purchasing process.  He went above and beyond to show me all the features of my new car!  I truly appreciated the time he took to go over everything with me!  I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends who are in the market for a vehicle!  Thank you Alejandro!

I met with Debra and she was wonderful. She allowed me to check the car and get to know the car before talking about anything else. It was my first time purchasing a car and she made it easy. She wasn’t pushing me to buy it right there and then in which made me feel very comfortable. Nick who was in charge of the finance was very helpful as well. Explained how the process would be with the bank and all, and just like that I have a car. 

I’ve been going through many dealerships to finance a car and all of them lacked the ability to connect with the customer. These guys allows you to get confortable before talking numbers. Also, they care for the customer. Not only do they want to make a sale, but also want to have the customer come back in the future. And let me tell you, I am definitely will be coming back. I’m definitely becoming a part of the Mercedes family

My experience with Gary and Laura at Mercedes-Benz of Manchester was very good. I had intended to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership, but at the last second found an offer from one of my family members that made more sense (financially) at the time. Otherwise I would have pulled the trigger given the good value and condition of the vehicle. Their pricing was competitive out of the gate, though they did state up front that the list price was their final offer. Regardless, this deal was still very competitive based on my own survey of many dealerships in the area for the same vehicle type -- year/make/model/approx. mileage. Laura and Gary allowed me to put a small deposit on the vehicle overnight to assess my options and presented me with a straightforward decision-making process. For a new or used car -- and not necessarily a Mercedes (I was, in fact, looking at a different make) -- I would recommend this dealership should it come up in your search.

This is my first Mercedes Benz and I absolutely love it!!! The salesman that worked with my husband and I was FANTASTIC!! He didn’t make us feel pressured at any time and he was super knowledgeable and pleasant!!  In fact all of the people at the dealership that worked with us were great!  I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Manchester to anyone looking to purchase/lease a luxury vehicle.
