This business isn’t closed. They are definitely open! Great service, pleasant staff and they ALWAYS take care of me with my winter and summer tires. This is where I originally purchased my car and I still have it today in great operating condition after 5 years!

Terrible experience. I bought a car from Autohaus in December 2014. When I bought it, they made it clear they offered a significant labor discount (supposed to be 25%, they incorrectly gave me 50%) on repairs to cars that were bought there. Two and a half years later, my engine died and I brought it in to have them look at it since my original mechanic missed a diagnosis of my cracked radiator. Autohaus said they'd help me out and felt bad for my experience - they offered me a loaner car and charged me $40 to tow the original car from my first mechanic to their shop. I'd call to check on their progress every couple of days early on, and they'd tell me to come in the next day because my estimate would be done. I drove there a couple times when they told me to (30 min drive for me), and they had nothing. It took them five weeks to come up with an estimate for a rebuilt engine, which ended up being almost $6000. The estimate wasn't even itemized, it was just a paragraph of a bunch of things that needed to be fixed. So even with their 50% LABOR DISCOUNT, this was $2100 higher than the place I eventually had to the work, Z-Tech Auto in Bloomington, who charged me $3900. Highly recommend those guys, by the way. When I told Autohaus I was taking my car elsewhere, they charged me $90 for the towing, not $40, which they eventually dropped down when I pointed out their mistake, and $230 for labor to diagnose the problem that took them five weeks. They never gave me this labor estimate before I authorized the work, so it came as a bad surprise. They also never gave me the loaner they offered. Will never go back.

I was sent here by my insurance company (State Farm). BIG MISTAKE! When I got my car back the paint didn't match at all and my door barely opens. Then was basicly told "Tough Luck" by the shop. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Very rude people. The "lady" in the front office was swearing and yelling at another customer on the phone while me and my family waited in the waiting room... VERY unprofessional place. Then we were told to get out by the owner because they had no time to fix our car. After we waited an hour and a half!! We will not be returning.
