The staff was very friendly and helpful. I live in Wisconsin and was visiting family when I was called with an offer due to my preferred customer status. They worked tirelessly to get all of my paperwork transferred from state to state and when it was finished they showed me amazing vehicles and I left with a great trailblazer. They stayed past closing time for me and the salespeople were so friendly, Montrel and Joshuah were the best salesmen, kept me laughing the whole time and even offered me a job and many hugs. Thank You all for changing my views of carhop and making my life so much better. Sincerely, Tom Hartnell

Reasons not to go to carhop 1: 3,000$ car at max costs 7,000$ or more. 2: Customer Support is awful 3: interest rates 4: doesn’t disclose what work they did or needs to be done, every other dealer I been too did. 5: they charge average 4000$ more than what the car is worth at other dealers. Also the lady that was dealing with the insurance check, fat older female, wasn’t helpful. Could actually I have tried emailing carhop for a decent resolution, never get emails back. If you want an overpriced car and spend a lot on interest rate come here. Solution: east side auto sales, morries minnetonka ford, Midwest auto sales. All places offer cheaper prices for vehicles.

The word on the streets was don’t go to carhop but I really needed a new car 🚗 for me and my family👨‍👧‍👧. So I decided to take a chance against what other people say I found a beautiful Chevy Impala but It needed to get the brakes done so they put it in my contract with I had 21days to bring It in... Long story short I brought the vehicle to a shop passed the 21 days and 🙌✨Shari and Jill ✨🙌 really looked out for me!!! I’m sooo happy 😃 carhop is not as bad as they say!!!

John and sherry at the Crystal location we're so helpful in my husband and I decision in choosing our car. We love our new SUV. Thanks again Sherri and John for making our experience smooth and painless! You guys deserve five stars!

HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE!!!! I was told the day I purchased my car they would fix something, only to be told after buying it's not covered. 2 days after buying ny car the check engine light came on. I took it in, after 6 days I got my car back. Less then 10 minutes after picking it up from the shop the check engine light came back on. I was told I would have to pay the deductible again... REALLY??? I called ans spoke with Jill who was very helpful. She got me to a new shop. After this new shop having my car for 2 weeks and a new engine and plenty of other repairs I got my car back.... The very next day I'm broke down on the side of the road yet again. Seriously? I've paid over $800 for a rental car and there is about $1,000 worth of front end work needed that they "don't cover" this is the work I asked about the day I bought the car.... They don't offer rental car's?!?! Well they should.... This has been the most stressful situation ever.... I asked to be given a new car that wasn't a "lemon" and was told nope we can't do that.... Ummmm now not only do I have a car I still owe 7k on and can't drive it....I've now had to hire an attorney to try to help me... I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They act as if you being stuck with no car is no big deal!!!!
