Today we bought our new 2017 Ford Explorer and we could not be happier with our experience. We traded in our 2013 Ford Explorer so we knew what to expect as far as the car went but we did not know what to expect from the dealer's sales force.  Then we met Josh Ginsberg our salesperson.  As excited as we were to be buying a new car we were just as excited to meet Josh.  From the moment I met Josh I felt very comfortable with his approachable presence and continued interest in helping me to find the best deal for our needs.  Josh is very knowledgeable, very professional and most of all he is extremely concerned about taking care of his customers to see that they are completely satisfied. I took my vehicle in with Sue, and am a very happy customer. She is honest and direct, she ensures your vehicle is fixed properly the first time even if it takes longer due to being a high demand service center and her follow up is outstanding on letting me know where my vehicle is during the process. I have her number on speed dial as I know she will take care of any issues my Ford Fusion will have and she will do with a smile. Thanks Sue!!

This was not my first time at Superior Brookdale Ford. My experience was top notch as it has been in the past. Highly recommend this store for sales and service!  Ruth Chase helped me with all the details and did a terrific job!  Great and friendly team of folks at this store!  And I LOVE my new Escape Titanium, it's spectacular, the Ford Pass app starts your car, locks your car, locates your car and so much more all from your smart phone, check it out!

We recently purchased a 2017 Explorer Platinum. Brian Gentry and Logan were extremely helpful and made the whole process worthwhile. We were able to test drive several models to help make our decision. They made sure we were happy with our choice and that we got what we wanted. We have been loyal Superior customers for 20 years and have purchased our last 4 vehicles there.

I've lost count, but this is one of many cars I've purchased from Superior Ford.  My salesperson, Ronald Powell is incredible, always going above and beyond for his customers.  The service department has akways treated me well, as has the management team.  The best Ford dealership I've ever worked with.  Thanks for the great service and attention to my needs!
