This carhop sells cars that need mechanical attention. They prey on people who are in needs of a car ASAP then sell you a piece of junk car. The staff are ONLY genuine when it comes to quick fix solutions, if there is other issues related to the recent issues I've had with two cars I've gotten recently then the staff turn into completely the opposite of Genuine. The first car I received was a Pontiac, I was excited and pleased until the wheel axial broke on me while I was driving home late at night. That was only having the car after 2 WEEKS!! I had to leave the car on the side of the road then contact carhop the next morning to report the incident. The car was taking way too long to get fixed. I had pleaded with the dealership on getting me into something ASAP because I am a college student and a full time employee. Finally after being without a car for 2 weeks, they got me into a 03 Nissan. Right before the next car payment was due. The Nissan is now giving me problems from the motor to the starter! I call to report the issue, they promise me a call back and no one did. I take the car up to the mechanics they recommended me too and they tell me it's a Diagnostics fee. I am irate because I feel I shouldn't have to pay a fee on a car that I did not know was going to start giving me problems after my 7 day money back guarantee had already passed. I expressed this to a Salesperson by the name of Luis and he tells me that I should be THANKFUL for him and them giving me the Nissan!!! Thankful? No I am THANKFUL that when the Pontiac front wheel axial broke down while driving in the middle of the night I didn't get Hurt, I am THANKFUL that you guys gave me a car 2 weeks later. Yes because I NEED transportation but I AM NOT THANKFUL FOR THE LACK OF SERVICE AND THE LACK OF EMPATHY THE STAFF HAD/HAS FOR THE CONTINUOUS ISSUES I HAVE FROM THEIR CARS. I do not appreciate the sarcasm I get from Luis and how Katie reacts slowly to the issues I continuously bring forth. I don't recommend CarHop at ALL. They are Janky as Hell. I sure don't recommend this dealership. I am getting corporate involved as well & will have my lawyer on retainer. This is the WORSE experience ever!

This has been a smooth and stress free encounter, the staff was wonderful in finding me a car that will suit my needs. this was my last choice and the best choice. i should have done this earlier. all i have to say is just do it. car hop has wonderful real people, that want to help improve my situation and credit. Thank you car hope and all staff

Don't be fooled. All the five star ratings are the employees and owners postings. They write their own reviews to keep a 4-5 star rating on Google. These guys are horrible, terrible, and unethical, but they will smile in your face and make you think they're for you until after the 7th day and you start having problems. Had my car two weeks the A/C stop working, the transmission slipping, and the motor started clicking. Now after a month every light on the dash board is on. The place they send you to get your car fixed (Boss auto) is shady also they didn't fix anything. If you can't go where you want to get your car fixed its not a real warranty. They fix these cars good enough just to get you off the lot and past the 7 day money back. WARNING... DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MORE IMPORTANTLY YOU MONEY...WARNING

Excellent experience! Answered all questions and offered choices with no pressure. Genuine staff; would recommend to anyone seeking a vehicle.
