By far the greatest experience I have ever had! Staff is phenomenal and super friendly. Marcos worked so hard on finding us the best price and interest rate for our car. Eric also helped us and made us feel comfortable. Most definitely will recommend going to them for getting another used car. They are just astounding all around.

My father recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 for $17,000. Just over 90 days later and the truck has already had major engine problems. We took it to the mechanic and we have a cylinder that is misfiring, and something wrong with the valves. Not only that but our mechanic brought to our attention that there were parts on the truck that were recalled and the horn doesn't work, it never has. On the Automaxx website they assure you the following:

"We have a rigid system that every car must go through before they can get a price tag. This starts with a vetting and inspection process before we ever even acquire the vehicle. After making it through that, the vehicle is then subjected to a rigorous and meticulous inspection process. If anything is found that needs attention, then we Recondition it in-house."

There is no way this vehicle was inspected, in fact, I'm not even sure how they registered it without the horn working and recalled parts. My father is a retired disabled veteran who put $9,000 on a truck not even 3 months ago and now he walks to get his groceries. We have called and emailed automaxx with no response.

Trustworthy and honest deal on truck and trade in. Ricky helped me to find a Toyota Tacoma that I love! The Process was quick and straight forward. I would recommend them!
