I so appreciate the shuttle service provided by the Orem Nissan location. Wilson was my driver and he was so polite, told stories that had me laughing and just an all-around nice person. Was to my job on-time, in fact a little early, to pick me up. So great to have that service provided. Lessens my stress. He is a great representative for Ken Garff. Thank you so much for the Shuttle Service. It would be nothing but a hassle for me without it.

Nathalie is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Her personality and professionalism is fantastic! She made buying a car so easy!
If you are in the market for a new car,  please make the drive to cone see her and everyone at Ken Garff. I honestly didn't think i would be able to get this new of a car,  but they were able to make it work! We are Ken Garff customers for life because of her and all the staff at Orem!!

Today I went to get my oil changed and had few things checked on my car. The time before I changed my oil was here (Ken Garff) I was lucky to have some oil changes transferred into my name which were supposed to include a tire rotation that I did not receive. Ken Garffs service station told me my brakes were metal on metal, starter was nearly out and a few other random things. Today while getting service done somewhere else they checked all that I told them was on the list I received from Ken Garff, most of which was not even close to true. 

I’m all for paying for service and being loyal to someone if they do a good job. These guys handle business the wrong way. Looking to make a quick buck rather then to be honest. Thank you for assuring I won’t be back in or ever consider purchasing a vehicle from any Ken Garff.

Although I only got a free inspection with these guys, they are the reason why I have gone to other Ken Garff. The service guy was simply excellent. He took the time to give me a detailed explanation of what was going on with my car. Also, the phone service was pretty good. If you have a Nissan and live close by, I would suggest you going there to have an inspection. You will learn more about your car and plan how to do a careful maintenance of it.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 

Pros: The waiting room is clean and customer service can be good (depending on the day). 

Cons: The total cost (of the new car I bought) wasn't upfront. I was pressured into a 6-year warranty that cost $3,000 extra (which I have doubts they'll honor). In addition, I was forced to buy 3 service packages. A little after 2 years I was going to redeem the last service package and it conveniently "expired." Basically, they made me pay for an oil change and tire rotation that I will never get.
