I came originally came in on a recommendation from a family member. First off Dallin and Luis were great. Dallin(Sales) was professional and took the time to listen, and Luis(mechanic) did a great job explaining my cars issues and was very sincere. 
	The things I did not appreciate and why I don’t recommend getting your car fixed here. It took two months to get a catalytic converter replaced and resistor blower for the ac/heater . That to me seems unacceptable and was very inconvenient. Most times I called in I would get a runaround answer, and they would come off as bugged that I would keep asking after a month in when it would be ready. When It was finally done, I noticed things like a missing fuse box cover(engine), and  a random part of the resistor blower tubing part (I’m assuming) under the seat. I was also slightly bugged that I was charged for another repair that wasn’t approved beforehand. And finally the cherry on top was getting charged randomly within a week's time for the same charge and then calling in and speaking to I’m assuming Erasmos with no sense of a sincere apology and bugged that I was even slightly upset about the charge. Don’t go here to get auto repairs. Hopefully this side of the business doesn’t reflect on their auto sales.

I bought three cars from them over the years. They have always been nice and helpful. My last purchase was a Honda Odyssey. I haven't had issues with it.

Just bought a Mazda 3 from him.  It was a superb price for a car with a few small things wrong with it.  I noticed other buyers didn't have the car checked out before they bought, and it certainly seemed to bite them.  If you're spending $5,000+ on something, you'd think you'd be sure of what you're buying beforehand, but maybe that's just me.

My car had bad brakes, loose stitching on the leather seat, and the previous owner used something to clean the gauge plastic that etched it, among other dings commonly found in a 5 year old formerly family car (back seat has signs of having had a car seat - worn leather mainly.)  I had Erasmo's replace the brakes, and the car drives beautifully now.  The rest I handled myself, or will have handled by someone more qualified, like the leather seats.

Erasmo himself was a great guy to work with, and they handled my one concern with the car quickly.

For those who didn't do their homework, pay better attention, or buy new.

Edited, after 2 years of ownership of this car:  It still runs beautifully.  I've had no issues that weren't regular maintenance items.  I've put in oil, filters, and replaced the motor mounts (common on the 2nd gen Mazda3, and fully expected to be doing the work when I bought it). I've taken the car from 80k miles to 122k miles, driven it all over the western US, and it's never steered me wrong.

Both my parents and I have bought cars at Erasmo's. We had a great experience, they're nice people and very honest. They have the best prices in The Valley . They got us approved pretty easy and really fast. I will definitely keep doing business with them.
