So we decided to finally trade in the minivan and get the new 18 expedition.  We've followed it and watch all the reviews and were really excited to get it.  To be honest it was a good experience for the most part.  Our salesmen were great and the process was as good as it can be with buying a car.  However the day after we got it we noticed a large ding/dent on the upper part of the frame above the door.  I don't know how this was missed but seeing that on your brand new car is not a happy moment.  It didn't happen with us, it was only parked in our garage and at church (away from every other car) and unless a Monster truck parked next to it, or a freak hail storm  happened without us knowing and dropped only one large hailstone, we are pretty sure this happened en transit when the truck was delivered to the dealership.  So now, the ding guy couldn't fix it, it has to go to the body shop and get repainted.  Yep, our 2-day old car has to go to the body shop and get repaired.  So they'll tell you it will look just like new, but we all know that "just like new" is not the same as "new".  Feeling very frustrated.  Its a beautiful car, amazing to drive and everything the reviews say it is, worth every penny...or at least it was.

I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend Larry H. Miller Ford, in Provo, Utah!!!  Here's our story!!! On May 5th, we went into Larry H. Miller Ford and purchased a Ford Escape.  As we were working with Yardin on the financing, he offered us a couple of different extended warranties.  He told us that for $49 a month, we could get a bumper to bumper warranty for 100,000.  He told us what it covered and we thought it would be a great idea.  So, we assumed, we would make our car payment, as we had discussed, then we would receive something from Ford, each month, for the $49.  Imagine our surprise to find $6243 added to our car loan!!!!?????? What the heck!!!  So, I guess we are paying INTEREST on our WARRANTY!!!  What!!!  Then, the car is advertised, on the window, to get an average of 24 MPG.  So far, we haven't gotten anything over 19.  Then, our license plates arrived a couple of days ago...... we ordered the In God We Trust, and an Arches plate was delivered.  Well, all I can say is I'm glad our trust is in God and not in Larry H. Miller and his associates!!  So beyond disappointed!!!  I even had a phone call from their finance department to find out how there service was.  I gave them a piece of my mind and indicated I thought they were misleading and close to dishonest in their extended warranties!!  And, he just said, "Sorry" and hung up!!  Wow people!!!  Does anyone realize what it takes for a police officer and a school district employee to buy a car!!!

Bought a Ford Edge here a few years ago. We were in the market so we didn't really mind the really heavy handed salesmen and the pressure to sign right away. We tried to negotiate on the price since it was a used car, but ultimately they added a bunch of 'extras' (extra warranty, some protection service that just puts a bunch of stickers on your car) without telling us since it kept it under the monthly payments we told them we were comfortable with. Yeah, we should have been more diligent in looking at what they were signing us up for, but we made the mistake of trusting the guys we were talking to.
The worst offense came after all the paperwork was signed and we got a call the next week from the finance guy that he couldn't finance us at the rate we agreed to and was going to get us with a bank at a higher interest rate. My wife went in to protest that action, and the guy told her she didn't do a good job reading the contract because they were allowed to change it to whatever they needed to regardless on what we originally agreed to.
She left in tears, and we both left with a pretty bitter taste in our mouths.

Chad Smith is the salesman to use at this dealership. He was really great in finding me my Ford Focus that was with in my budget. This is the 2nd car I have bought from him and each time he exceeds my expectations. He even helped install my sons car seat and made sure it fit and I felt comfortable with the placement. Won’t use anyone else!

Chad Smith was great to work with.  After me missing many appointments over a 2 month spam, he called again and we were able to make an appointment work.  He was never pushy and very understanding.
