Ian in the Service Department took good care of me with my airbag recall. My car is older but I was never made to feel like it was beneath him helping me. He even went personally to the Parts Department to make sure they had the correct replacement airbag parts so I wouldn’t have to go back. Ray the driver was top-notch as well. Thanks guys!

About 2 years ago we got a CC R Line from this place. About a year ago we decided that we needed something with more affordable payments since we wanted to start saving for a house and tried to trade it in/sell it online. The first place that we took it to said they can't accept it because it was in 3 separate wrecks. 3 rear ends. THREE. Not once did Ken Garff tell us about these AFTER we had to turn in our TDI due to VW getting caught with their diesel emmisions. We were distraught, because if they would have told us that we would not have touched it with a 50 foot pole. Then after 7 months of being constantly rejected to trade this car in, I finally tried to contact our salesperson that worked with us in the first place. After 2 days I have heard nothing back from him. I guess we aren't so important now that he made that car sell. Thanks a lot. I've told my family and friends to avoid this place and to choose somewhere where they'll show you the car facts and actually make sure you'll be fine. Last but not least we might try voluntarily repossession but with being so close to owning a house it would most likely ruin that chance for us.

Went in to look at getting a new car. I walked in to their portable office as the building was under construction. I was not greeted at all and felt super awkward as I didn’t know where to go. I was finally directed to a salesman who then took us for a test drive. He sat in the back of the car completely silent while he was on his phone through the whole drive. I felt like I was interrupting him every time I had a questions about the car. I felt like I was inconveniencing everyone there by trying to buy a car. I have a Volkswagen now but I think I’ll be getting a different car in the future. I won’t buy from this location.

I'm editing the 1-star review I left a few years back as it seems like service finally got their act together. They were very helpful, listened closely, and gave me the full concierge experience. Shane is an amazing service writer and manager. I'll work with him any day. The tech that looked at my car was competent and got the issue sorted. They also found an issue with the timing cover Southtowne tried to hide and fix with superglue. 

It looks like I can finally start going back here and trust the service department.

I have a 2016 VW, Beetle the driver's door made a strange sound on opening and closing. John fixed it in less then 5 minutes. He was great. I will buy my next car here. Great service and a wonderful sales force, when I bought my car here I was treated with respect and kindness.  This is the place to go for excellence.
