I was incredibly impressed with the service and car I purchased from the brothers at Automotive Solutions. I needed a very cheap and hopefully reliable car (under $1000) which is a tall order. I saw an ad on KSL and reached out. I was promised an ugly but good car and so far that I what I have (and the car isn't that ugly). There was a very strong shaking in the car and I negotiated that if the shop could reduce that shaking significantly, I'd buy it. Well I can barely notice the shaking. After I purchased the car, I noticed the heater didn't work and a lightbulb was burned out. They fixed both of those for free as well. So far I love my car and I appreciated the honesty they had and the work they put into ensuring I had a great experience. When my car needs some kind of repair, I will definitely return. Thanks guys!!!

As I drove a car off Bryan's lot, a check engine light came on. I called Bryan and he asked that I come straight back to his shop. Turns out the catalytic converter had just failed. Now, Bryan could have simply charged me, since it's a "Buyer Beware" situation. But being a person of integrity, he replaced the part, at his own cost, and returned the fully functional vehicle to me, complete with a safety and emissions certificate. Integrity is not lost on me. Bryan has it and practices it. I'd put my trust in him again.

Went to the store and my car wouldn't start, got it towed the next day, and when tow guy told me to put car in neutral, something told me to try and start my car and it started!! I was so relieved but still had to pay for the tow. Tow guy told me to get my car checked and I brought here. Spoke to Brian and told me to bring my car in. His brother Paul diagnosed my car, which would have cost me $45.00. When he was done he came and told me there was nothing wrong with my car that my battery wire was lose. Told me that not to worry, he was not going to charge me. Jaw dropped, and I was speechless, I felt bad and wanted to pay but he insisted. I will come back to this place for all things to do with my car. I have a humble Saturn, and she is old, but so happy that she is okay! Thank you Brian and Paul for your outstanding customer service and honesty. They could have told me anything and I would have paid for it, but instead they were just honest! So blessed that I chose to come here! Yay!

Honestly shocked about the seamless service I received today when my serpentine belt went out on my Ford Taurus. I gave them a quick call in the morning and they were happy to have me come in. When I showed up he quickly brought my car back saw the problem and fixed it while I sat in their waiting room which was nice. He got it fixed in less than an hour and it was only $115.43. Incredibly happy with the service they offer at Automotive solutions. They have a great team and a sweet puppy to greet you. I will recommend this business to anyone in need. Thanks again guys! Went again! Got an all new battery for $124! Definitely will be back again.

Paul was amazing to work with! He was upfront and honest about the used car I was buying for my teenager. This was the ONLY place that was honest and offering a sound vehicle. My husband is a mechanic and was able to verify Paul's assessment of the car. I would definitely buy another car from him!
