I drive past dozens of other auto service businesses to go to Advance Service Automotive. Even if things don't always go as planned because a supplier dropped the ball, Bob and his team are true professionals equipped and ready to get things done right. I was referred to him years ago by a work associate and he's been my "go to" maintenance guy for Toyota and Lexus vehicles ever since. They also seem to be in high demand among the European car crowd and that always makes for some fun car talk. I've confidently referred friends to them knowing whoever I send there will be treated the same way and I've never been disappointed.

Honest hard working team. I have referred many of my friends and have used them for a few years now. Garrett and Bob are great to work with and honest.

Would definitely not recommend. Went in for an aligment (quoted $99) and they told us a bunch of BS about the tirod end not being able to be loosened and the ball joints needing to be replaced. They quoted us $1,000. We immediately took it to 2 different reputable places for second opinions and they quickly told us it was not the case at all. Ball joints were completely fine and they were able to loosen the tirod without a problem. Ended up getting the alignment done elsewhere for $55.

These guys are the best! Honest and fair with the work and pricing. I have been taking my car to them for several years now and I have always been treated with a fair and honest pricing and service. I own a BMW and they can be expensive to repair, however, the pricing is fair and not overpriced (like some shops I have used in the past). Garrett is awesome with his customer service skills and Bob is to be commended for having such a great group of guys. This shop is my "go to" for all of my automotive needs and if you give them a try, you will see for yourself.
