From the moment I walked in to the dealer, I was treated very kindly by the sales associate, Brett Bland. He is very professional and made me feel comfortable answering my questions without pressuring me. He assisted me in finding the right vehicle that I liked and that met my needs. AutoNation Acura did a really good job with the AC unit on my TL. They worked quickly and finished on time, all for a fair price. I selected them because they offered service on Saturday, a big plus to me. Their shop looked clean and organized, as you would expect from Acura. The showroom looked equally good. The staff seemed courteous, competent and helpful. All together I had a very good experience. I would recommend their service and would go there again. Keep up the good work!

From start to finish received professional, courteous, and efficient service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Love the no haggle prices displayed on the vehicles to help an individual make an informed decision. When buying ask your car at AutoNation in League City ask for Dwayne Curtis, he really works with the customer to obtain the vehicle that they need.

The sales people aren't pushy, but they usually stay inside. My wife and I had to go inside and have one talk with us. Keep in mind that once you give the salesperson your contact information, you will be called if you didn't make a purchase. The cars themselves are very nice, new or used. My wife and I were looking at purchasing two cars, but, although the salesman was very nice, and the vehicles didn't meet our needs, we would return again if we found a vehicle that fit our family.

The initial few minutes were subpar as I was not greeted by a service advisor but had to find my way around the service area. The only service advisor available was on the phone with his back to me. When the manager noticed, he got someone to help me shortly. Once I was connected to service advisor, Bud (not sure), it was smooth sailing. He made sure I was updated periodically and brought to my attention repairs to consider without pressure. Overall, I plan on taking my car back there for future service. Very happy with Bud's attentiveness and how quickly the repairs were done. You can't beat being able to be serviced right away. Thanks.
