I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gay Family Auto. I was referred through Car Pro and a friend. I had originally taken my car in for repairs and Tony, the service manager, attended to all my needs despite the fact they were overbooked that day and I was a first time customer. After reviewing my car repair needs, I had decided to purchase a vehicle rather than pay for the repairs. Kevin, the general manager, was kind enough to meet with me. He put me in touch with Amy, a sales representative who analyzed my budget and needs.  The whole process went smoothly and I felt comfortable throughout the transaction. The whole crew (managers, sales reps. secretaries, and services providers) are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely continue to do business with them and will recommended them to others. Thanks again, I will be forever grateful for the experience.

I purchased a new Soul from Meagan and Austin. These are two of the nicest and most helpful sales folks around. Mike James, the GSM took a personal interest in my purchase and was very helpful. Ben, the Finance guy was polite and not pushy. I really enjoyed my experience on this purchase.

Purchased a vehicle in a timely manner and was completely satisfied with the overall transaction.  Very considerate of my time and moved me through the buying process...even making it easy for my co-applicant to sign their portion of the docs when it was most advantageous.to us.  Great job...!!!

Awesome buying experience!  Everyone was so nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family coming to this dealership. Eric Gonzalez is great salesmen !!

They lied about the cost to look at my car and then changed the invoice to cover the lie. They  wouldn't give me a loaner car even though they kept my car overnight and it's included in my full coverage warranty. Now I found they Broke the seat adjuster for my drivers side seat. The sales group seem like good people that try to help you out , but the service department employees are highly unprofessional and in my opinion some  should not be working on your family's vehicle. ...
