Worst place ever. Bought my truck in February power steering went out the next day, eight hundred to fix bc they couldn't do anything. The next month car was overheating had to spend another five hundred to replace thermostat and housing. The warranty they offer is crappie. And now I'm looking at even more repairs. This place socks and yeah for all ya'll that said Mike would take care of you Bull he was the my salesman and should me crappie even knowing I would be traveling with an infant

I bought a car here a year ago. Within a week, I was having trouble with the power steering. I brought it to them and all they did was put fluid in and tell me it's fine. I had let them know there were multiple issues with the car within a month of buying it, they told me that it was fine while it was there so they don't understand how those things happened. Now, I'm stuck with a car I can not drive with a loan more than the car is worth, AND the repairs will cost more than I still owe! The power steering went completely out months ago, when I first bought the car, I noticed it would not fill up with gas all the way and there's a hole in the fuel neck, the transmission is going out, and multiple other issues. These people are crooks! They sell you cars in terrible conditions, some even dangerous as I had to replace all 4 tires within 2 weeks of buying it because they were dry rotted, and then they play dumb like they didn't know. The attorney general needs to step in and shut this place down immediately. I'm calling Monday morning to see what I can do about all of this. These people should be ashamed of themselves! I even explained how my child would be in the car, they obviously don't care. The guy sold me this lemon while bragging about a brand NEW expensive car he just bought for himself. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!

I bought several vehicle from  big 7 and always been treated great. Go in and ask for Mike he will do u right.
