Jose Martinez is the man over there! I have never really been a dodge fan by the time this guy was done demonstrating the vehicle the power and ride of the vehicle everything he said was very true. Very impressive! Most car sales men we come across are liars but this guy is honest as can be. Well dressed, clean and neat I must say, an additional plus. Honestly I got kind of mean to this guy and never once did he even get irritated or annoyed with me, that attitude right there so positive, I prefer to give a respectable person my money than somebody rude. Jose I sincerely do apologize and thank you. I'm the type of person that like doing reviews whether it's good or bad, but I highly recommend Jose at that dealership. I have been waiting for the Ron Carter survey but I never got it, so I do hope they see this and give Jose a big bonus or a raise on his salary. I'll buy vehicles from him no matter what dealership he goes to and we refer a lot of people as well. The manager over there is a nice guy didn't really deal too much with him but I'll give him 👍🏽

Danny in the service department was wonderful!! He made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked in, offering me a beverage and popcorn. He truly provided 5 star service!!! My car was taken care of very quickly, I was impressed! They have all around exceptional customer service! Linda in sales showed me some new vehicles while I waited. She was professional and very knowledgeable of all the vehicles on the lot! I definitely recommend going to her if you're looking to buy a car! Looking forward to my next visit! :-)

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I live in Louisiana and saw the inventory of cars Ron Carter Dodge had online. Eugene Dixon was great through the whole process. The dealership was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend. I'll be going back there for my next car or truck purchase!

Wish I had bought my Jeep here.  I have a 2017 Jeep I bought from another Dealership.  But I have since learned that here at Ron Carter Clear Lake, they kind of pride themselves on knowing Jeeps inside and out.  They understood the several types of 5-wheel rotations that you might want to use (unlike the original dealership).  They understood the axle gearing limitations for tire sizes (go to big, lose power unless you re-gear), again.. unlike the other dealership.  I feel like it would have been a better experience overall had a purchased here.  I will be getting my service done here, though.

I called Ron Carter Service because my 2017 Jeep Wrangler had a rattle that I could not locate.  It sounded like something in the front end and I wanted looked at it right away.  They told me to bring it in that day and the service manager, I think his name is Robert, would look at it.  First, I couldn't believe I got an appointment that day but to have the manager look at it????  Right..........
I arrived at my 2:00 appointment and sure enough, the manager Robert came out and drove my Jeep and found the problem to be the after market sideboards were loose.  I purchased the Jeep from another dealer and they put the running boards on it.  They put my Jeep up on a left and tightened all the bolts and checked the other side too.  That my friends is service.  The only reason I didn't buy my Jeep from them is they didn't have the color I wanted.  Way to go Ron Carter in hiring a great service manager!
