I dropped my car at the body shop to get a new rear bumper and was treated with great care by Candy at the reception desk. She helped me get checked in with Brittany at the car rental place. Both were helpful, fun and met my need for ease. Bryan, the shop manager personally saw to it that my car was finished before the upcoming weekend and holiday so I would not have to pay five extra days for a rental. He communicated with me via phone in a prompt manner and the work was very well done. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I bought my 2014 Silverado and have all of my service done at DeMontrond. The service department is very friendly and helpful. They are also very informative as to why and if I need anything else done. I also have another GM vehicle and the parts department is very helpful in getting me the parts I need for it. Some of them are hard to come by but always manage to get what I need. They are pretty awesome.

My salesperson Jaime is the bomb.   Great customer service and a winning personality. She totally delivers on her promise to get you in car regardless of credit history.  I would totally recommend Demontrond!!!!! Already planning to get my truck from here.

Jamie is an amazing sales person! I came in on March 2nd and I planned on purchasing a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe, but the experience with the manager Chris made me change my mind completely. He was not very friendly towards me. While i was there another couple walked in and he was overly friendly towards them. Jamie stated that she wanted to send me home in the car, but Chris wanted to run my credit. I said no because I didn't want a pointless inquiry to hit my report. He didn't ask to run the couple who walked in to run their credit, matter a fact he told them that if they needed a car to go home in that he would be more than happy to send them in one. So that whole situation didn't sit well with me. I went home to talk it over with my significant other and we decided that since Jamie is such an awesome person that we will still wanted to purchase from Demontrond, but decided to go with a Chevy. Jamie was able to find the perfect Vehicle, and Mark the manager was more than helpful. I am more than happy with my purchase.
