I have never met such a fantastic staff at a car dealership. From the initial phone conversation to signing the papers on my car, I can honestly say I was completely satisfied. Ed Maynard was the least pushy, most friendly salesman I have ever met. He worked with me all day, going back and forth over the phone to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He ensured that my actual time spent in the dealership was minimal and here’s the best part...He drove my new car home so I didn’t have to make two trips to the dealership. If you go to Capitol Chevrolet, and I highly recommend it, ask for Ed. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently took my 2015 Silverado into Capitol Chevrolet on Montgomery, Al for service and some recalls. My vehicle was finished and ready when promised. The staff was very friendly and nice. Mrs. Glenda Steele promised me a loaner and it was also ready for pick up as promised and clean with a full tank of gas. The staff and Mrs. Steele followed up with me to answer any questions or concerns i might have had and to see how my visit went. Thanks Capitol Chevrolet for being the heartbeat of my Chevy. Received a coupon for 50% off an oil change and they found the oil leak I had and found it to be a head gasket. I'm not used to going to a dealership for maintenance. My  2009 Silverado 1500 has more power and better gas mileage and no more oil leaking.

Once again Capitol Chevrolet exceeded my expectations.  By far, the best and easiest dealership I have ever dealt with in my life.  On this visit, I wanted a GM Performance update  for my Corvette, which I had learned about through social media.  When I inquired about it at the service department, they were not aware of it, but did the necessary research and called me back and said I could come in at my convenience, to have it done.  They had acquired all the info on the upgrade and could install it.  It only took them a few minutes and then they explained every step of the process to me and exactly what the results would be.  It was exactly as they said.  I love it, and I truly appreciated the entire experience.  In my opinion, I don't think this particular service department is appreciated enough.  I am a very OCD, anal retentive individual, especially with my cars, and they always take care of me and my Corvette to the highest degree of care and professionalism!  I can honestly say, I always look forward to my next visit!  My primary reason for buying Chevy products, is so I can use this service department!  At the risk of sounding ridiculous, that's a fact!  Those guys rock!  By the way, I am a 72 year old guy who has owned over 70 automobiles in my lifetime.  As a result, I have had a lot of experience with various dealerships throughout the US and Europe, (retired USAF veteran) and none of them could compete with Capitol Chevrolet in Montgomery, Alabama!

My car was totaled out in a car crush so I really appreciated the staff for looking out for me. I knew what I could spend and Lemorris, the car rep, helped me look for something affordable, clean, and stylish. Once we found a car he went through all the check points with my mom and me. The accountant even helped me with a lower interest rate and helped me get my payments lowered. I drove away in the right car for me and I'm thankful that I had a pleasant experience. I was able to drive away with my car the very same day. And as of a week later my car is running great. They did  a complete inspection of it once it arrived. I was able to look at the carfax and have a complete history of my car. I know I walked away feeling a little at ease after my car accident.
